Apartment in Gracia, one of the best districts in the city

Very well located apartment. Bakery and ware to a street.

Okay but with little natural light... the beds are very uncomfortable, but for a couple of nights it is not terrible.

Very good home. Easy contact with the people who welcomed us. Better to speak a little Spanish, or English as little understanding in French.Apartment very well. Actually a little dark, as had read it some comments, but absolutely not annoying since we are little finally. Barcelona is a city in far too interesting to stay locked in an apartment!

Très bon accueil. Contact facile avec les personnes qui nous ont accueillis. Mieux vaut parler un peu espagnol, voire anglais car peu de compréhension en français. Appartement très bien. Effectivement un peu sombre, comme on l'avait lu sur certains commentaires, mais absolument pas gênant ...puisque nous y sommes peu finalement. Barcelone est une ville bien trop intéressante pour rester enfermer dans un appartement ! 

The apartment is great, well located, the area is rather quiet. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. One without fault.

We did not get the apartment we booked. We got a MUCH lower quality apartment for the same price. The apartment they provided was clearly a work-in-progress and wasn't complete (ie, random doors blocking the bathroom, smell of paint thinner, cheap and random furniture, a bedroom loft you ...couldn't stand in because the ceiling was too low). Also: 1. They require you to call them on the phone when you arrive in Barcelona to arrange check-in, which is a huge inconvenience (and expensive) if you are an International traveler without a phone. This is when we learned that they didn't have the apartment we reserved - too late to make other accomodations. 2. They take $300 Euros for a security deposit in CASH, which means you lose $ immediately in conversions upon check-out.  

The apartment is very pretty and stylish furnished. Unfortunately very little light falls into, you must already look, whether the Sun is shining.Going to sleep with an open window is unfortunately impossible, because in the mini backyard all noise of neighbours as a speaker be strengthened (talks, ...flushing toilets). Also runs the generator of the air conditioning from the neighbors. The mattress of the bed is very soft, the bed sofas lowest quality. the flat was very dirty, cabinets had to be wiped only.The location is very good, the Centre of Gràcia is but a few minutes away. 

Die Wohnung ist ganz hübsch und stylisch eingerichtet. Leider fällt recht wenig Licht hinein, man muss schon genau schauen, ob die Sonne scheint. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist leider kaum möglich, da in dem Mini Hinterhof alle Geräusche der Nachbarn wie in einem Lautsprecher verstärkt ...werden (Gespräche, Toilettenspülung). Zudem läuft der Generator der Klimaanlage vom Nachbarn. Die Matraze des Bettes ist sehr weich, die des Bettsofas unterste Qualität. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, Schränke mussten erst ausgewischt werden. Die Lage ist ganz gut, das Zentrum von Gracia ist jedoch einige Minuten entfernt. 

Overall, the apartment what ok. Location what ok, the street did not look too great at the beginning, but the area is quite residential, not loud, nice bakery not far away. The apartment is ok, too, modern furniture, relatively recently renovated. However - shower and sink water temperature could ...not be regulated well, on the last morning, the water didn\'t get hot at all. TV did not work - no reception, stations could not be found. Person in charge promised to fix...

The owner confirms that the boiler and the television are working correctly but they have a somewhat complex use. Please remember that if you require assistance during your stay you will need to inform the property owner or the Customer Service department who are open every day from 11pm until 8pm.

Very well located, metro mouth close and in a very quiet street.

Muy bien situado, con boca de metro muy cerca y en una calle muy tranquila.

Everything you need was there for 4 people! It could have but something clean!

Alles was man braucht war da, auch für 4 Personen! Etwas sauberer hätte es aber sein können!
