Spacious apartment in Paseo San Juan, near the Sagrada Familia

Very nice and very well located apartment.

The great view from the balcony ended after 1, 20 m on the scaffolding - the whole facade was fully equipped and the balconies \"under construction\" (floor, railing, tile - the full program!).The apartment was very nice - now unfortunately all broken shutter, bathrooms, lamps, doors, window is ...dirty... and sometimes, mould and unclean. We have chosen the apartment because of \"breakfast on the balcony and the magnificent view\". We were to never intentionally, by it has rented a building site us, knowing full well that there are hardly any alternatives on Easter when you arrive in the evening. 

Der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon endete nach 1,20m am Baugerüst - die ganze Fassade war voll eingerüstet und die Balkone "under construction" (Estrich, Geländer, Fliesen - das volle Programm!!). Die Wohnung war einmal sehr schön -- jetzt ist leider alles kaputt Rolladen,Bäder,Lampen, Türen, ...Fenster ... und z.T. schmutzig,schimmlig und unsauber. Wir haben die Wohnung wegen des "Frühstücks auf dem Balkon und der herrlichen Aussicht" ausgewählt. Wir wurden vorsätzlich abgezockt, indem man uns eine Baustelle vermietet hat, wohl wissend, dass es über Ostern kaum Alternativen gibt, wenn man abends ankommt.  

Wir informieren Sie, dass die Bauarbeiten am Gebäude am 8. Juni 2012 beendet werden.

The accommodation is not bad would be if there was not some serious flaws: on the one hand was broken about half of all light bulbs in the House. There were also the Balkonmöbel in a very bad state. The complete apartment made it look very unkempt. Was reinforced this by the fact that the ...apartment was not clean. The freezer has bestially smelly and prevents a longer stopping in the kitchen!The contact person has assured us on the day of arrival, that the light bulbs to be replaced and cleaned the freezer. Both has not happened. Really very disappointing! 

Die Unterkunft an sich wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, wenn es nicht einige gravierende Mängel gegeben hätte: Zum einen war ca. die Hälfte aller Glühbirnen im Haus defekt. Zudem waren die Balkonmöbel in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die komplette Wohnung hat einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck ...gemacht. Verstärkt wurde dies noch dadurch, dass die Wohnung nicht sauber war. Der Tiefkühlschrank hat bestialisch gestunken und ein längeres Aufhalten in der Küche verhindert!! Die Kontaktperson hat uns am Ankunftstag versichert, dass die Glühbirnen ausgewechselt werden und der Tiefkühlschrank geputzt wird. Beides ist nicht geschehen. Wirklich sehr enttäuschend!!! 

the first housing a disaster because the heating wasn\'t working then we have moved house and gone all benele people I talked to were very polite and prompt action in solving the problem of the lack of heating though ... it wouldn\'t have happened.

il primo alloggio un disastro perchè non funzionava il riscaldamento poi ci hanno cambiato casa edè andato tutto bene le persone con cui ho parlato sono state molto educate e sollecite nel risolvere il problema della mancanza di riscaldamento anche se... non sarebbe dovuto succedere.

Positive: Excellent location in Gracia. Bus stop in front of the door. Very clean. Negative: Even a little run down. Heating worked not correctly. Balcony door broken. Too little glasses and cups. Tasteless pictures on the wall.

Positiv: Excellente Lage in Gracia. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Sehr sauber. Negativ: Schon ein wenig heruntergekommen. Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig. Balkontür kaputt. Zu wenig Gläser und Tassen. Geschmacklose Bilder an der Wand.

c'était pas sale mais c'était pas niquel non plus au niveau de la propreté. c'est le seul point qui empêchera un 10/10 car le reste c'était parfait.
