This completly reformed tourist apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift between Port Vell, the beaches and the Olympic village. It includes a double bedroom, a smaller room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and lounge-dining room with kitchen.
An ideal location, the apartment is perfect for tourists to reach the Olympic village in just a few minutes for a walk along the beaches of Barcelona. Fully equipped, it has everything a visitor might need, with the kitchen offering all accessories necessary.
The tourist apartment is located at the beach in Barcelona. Barceloneta, the district that was traditionally the home of fishermen and mariners is famous for its restaurants. Alongside the Olympic Port with over forty bars and restaurants it has become a new area of city night life and with over 4 kilometers of beaches it offers the chance to practice a great selection of water sports.
Located very near to a train station, metro stop and various bus lines it provides easy access to the rest of the city to visit some of the most popular tourist attractions such as the Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia, and the Parque Güell.
The owner has their own conditions regarding the keys and cleanliness, which if not met, may result in additional costs to the customer.

Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Appartement propre, pratique et fonctionnel, très bien situé surtout par rapport à la plage. Un peu bruyant certains jours (livraison, camion ordure) mais rien de catastrophique. Nous avons quand même passé un excellent moment et comptons bien revenir "hors saison" avec nos enfants.

El alojamiento dejaba bastante que desear. No solamente porque la limpieza no era extrema, sino porque la ducha no funcionaba bien(salía el agua por dos sitios diferentes). Las camas, no eran literas. Eran camastros empotrados en una pared como hechos de obra (aqui la suciedad era patente) con una cortinilla(al menos estaba limpia)que te daba "intimidad" a la vez que daba sensación de claustrofobia. Las literas están justo al lado de la puerta del apartamento con lo cual oyes el ir y venir de los vecinos. No se puede decir que es para cuatro personas si dos están en una pared empotradas junto a una puerta y en frente de la cocina, y solo tiene una habitación. Creo que es un apartamento para dos. Por cierto que la luz naranja de emergencia daba justo en la cara y atravesaba la cortinilla por lo que era bastante difícil dormir. En cuanto al barrio es la barceloneta profunda. Calle con gente bastante dudosa, y gritos en medio de la noche. No volvería jamás. Muy caro para lo que es, he visto albergues de la misma calidad más baratos.

Saubere und zweckmässige Wohnung. Nur im Bad war keine Ablage für die Utensilien. Das Licht im Wohnzimmer ist sehr grell. Aber sonst hat es uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ein paar Meter vom Strand weg - und gar nicht laut! Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war super nett - alles Bestens!

Prima Appartement in Strandnähe. Modern ausgestattet. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck sogar schon morgens ins Appartement bringen.

A wardrobe to hang the jackets and some hooks to hang the towels are missing. Beds, heating, bathroom and kitchen were fine. In the third night a window of our car was smashed. It was parked on the main street right opposite of the police station. Nothing was stolen as there had been nothing inside. We had lost a lot of time because of this incident and put the car then into the parking for 35 Euro a day.
