Nice apartment near the Barceloneta Beach

The accommodation is exactly as pictured - small, but extremely functional-, situated approx. 50 m from the beach.The only shortcoming was, perhaps, that it has no own and directly useful terrace. For longer stays, it would be sure nice evening at home on the balcony to enjoy a drink and so the day happen Revue...

Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie abgebildet - klein, aber äußerst funktionell -, liegt ca. 50m vom Strand entfernt.Das einzige Manko war vielleicht, dass sie keine eigene und direkt benützbare Terasse hat. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wäre es sicher nett, ab und zu ein Gläschen abends daheim auf ...dem Balkon zu genießen und so den Tag Revue passieren zu lassen... 

Everything was wonderful and especially the situation quite excellent. Pick up the keys worked perfectly, the Lady stood before the door when we arrived. Only a microwave and clothes hooks are missing.

War alles wunderbar und vor allem die Lage ganz hervorragend. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei geklappt, die Dame stand schon vor der Tür, als wir ankamen. Nur fehlen eine Mikrowelle und Garderobenhaken.

Apartment clean, practical and functional, very well located especially compared to the beach.A bit noisy some days (delivery, truck junk) but nothing catastrophic.We still had a great time and look forward to return \'out of season\' with our children.

Appartement propre, pratique et fonctionnel, très bien situé surtout par rapport à la plage. Un peu bruyant certains jours (livraison, camion ordure) mais rien de catastrophique. Nous avons quand même passé un excellent moment et comptons bien revenir "hors saison" avec nos enfants.

Accommodation left much to be desired. Not only because the cleaning was not extreme, but because the shower did not work well (leaving the water by two different sites). The beds were not bunk. They were bunks recessed in a wall as work made (here the dirt was patent) with a ...cortinilla(ael_menos_estaba_limpia) that gave you \"Privacy\" while he gave sensation of claustrophobia. The bunk beds are right next to the door of the apartment which you hear the go and come from neighbors. It is not that it is for four people if two are in a wall embedded next to a door and in front of the kitchen, and only have a room. I think that it is an apartment for two. By the way that the orange light of emergency was right in the face and crossed the curtain so it was difficult to sleep. The neighborhood is deep barceloneta. Street with quite dubious people, and shouting in the middle of the night. You would never ever. Very expensive for what it is, I\'ve seen cheaper quality hostels. 

El alojamiento dejaba bastante que desear. No solamente porque la limpieza no era extrema, sino porque la ducha no funcionaba bien(salía el agua por dos sitios diferentes). Las camas, no eran literas. Eran camastros empotrados en una pared como hechos de obra (aqui la suciedad era patente) con una ...cortinilla(al menos estaba limpia)que te daba "intimidad" a la vez que daba sensación de claustrofobia. Las literas están justo al lado de la puerta del apartamento con lo cual oyes el ir y venir de los vecinos. No se puede decir que es para cuatro personas si dos están en una pared empotradas junto a una puerta y en frente de la cocina, y solo tiene una habitación. Creo que es un apartamento para dos. Por cierto que la luz naranja de emergencia daba justo en la cara y atravesaba la cortinilla por lo que era bastante difícil dormir. En cuanto al barrio es la barceloneta profunda. Calle con gente bastante dudosa, y gritos en medio de la noche. No volvería jamás. Muy caro para lo que es, he visto albergues de la misma calidad más baratos.  

Clean and functional apartment. Only in the bathroom, there was no rest for the utensils. The light in the living room is very bright. But otherwise it has liked us. The location is great, a few meters from the beach away - and not loud! The contact person on the spot was super nice - everything!

Saubere und zweckmässige Wohnung. Nur im Bad war keine Ablage für die Utensilien. Das Licht im Wohnzimmer ist sehr grell. Aber sonst hat es uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ein paar Meter vom Strand weg - und gar nicht laut! Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war super nett - alles Bestens!

I was very satisfied with my stay.

It was ok, there was some painting that could be re done in the kitchen and bedroom.

Prima apartment near the beach. Modern equipped. Worked smoothly everything. Even morning, we could bring our luggage in the apartment.

Prima Appartement in Strandnähe. Modern ausgestattet. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck sogar schon morgens ins Appartement bringen.
