Description
The Mallorca Apartment has a wonderful layout, perfect for groups of friends and families. It is fitted with four bedrooms each with wardrobes; the main bedroom has a double bed, the second two singles, there is one single room with one bed and another with bunk beds. The two interior bedrooms open on to the stairwell.
There are two fully-fitted bathrooms with show, a lounge-dining room with American style kitchen and a pleasant terrace.
The apartment is located in the centre of the Eixample, one of Barcelona’s most emblematic areas, in a building without a lift that has been totally reformed. The district was created in 1860 after the medieval walls of the city were demolished. Today it is an extensive shopping and residential area that is well communicated with buses and metro to move quickly and easily into the centre and out to visit attractions such as the Sagrada Familia and even Camp Nou.

Extras
Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes, il est très confortable toutefois nous étions 7 seniors (+ de 55ans) et l'utilisation du couchage supérieur d'une des chambres est un peu difficile Le quartier est calme et parfaitement bien desservi par le bus et le métro Le plus serait de pouvoir disposer de chaîne de TV autres que les chaines espagnoles

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was clean, close to a metro line and had a cafe next door for breakfast! The beds in the twin room seemed quite narrow but overall it was good value. We found it quite difficult to get the doors unlocked - it seems to be an acquired skill! The contact person was really helpful. We were slightly delayed getting from the airport as we had to wait for a train and then got lost but he was fine about it. I'd definitely recommend it.

L'arredo è nuovo e funzionante, l'appartamento è pulito e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Il servizio è eccellente: un letto all'arrivo era rotto, ho chiamato la persona di contatto e in giornata è stato prontamente sostituito. Unici difetti: il lungo corridoio privo di finestre su cui danno tutte le stanze è un po' soffocante e non permette un buon ricambio d'aria, il letto a due piazze cigola molto.

The appartment was very clean and complete, and the contact agent was professional, friendly and cooperative. Apart from the convenient terrace, all windows just look out to walls and stairwells. Nights were very quiet. During the mornings and evenings there was noise inside of neigbour's kids running, and outside because of maintanance work on neighbouring houses/gardens. All in all we had a great stay in Barcelona because of this convenient appartement in a relatively central but peaceful location.

Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Lage und ist aufgrund der Aufteilung sehr gut für Gruppen bzw. Familien geeignet. Die Ausstattung war super... Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub! Die Buchung war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Vielen Dank!
