Beautiful apartment in the centre of Barcelona

In general the House is pretty well (well-equipped). You are grateful to sit on the terrace. As a negative comment that ventilation is low since the House Windows overlook an inner courtyard or the internal stairs of the building and from the courtyard go bad smells. Thank you for the WiFi.

En general la casa está bastante bien (y bien equipado). Se agradece sentarse en la terraza. Como negativo comentar que la ventilación es escasa debido a que las ventanas de la casa dan a un patio interior o a las escaleras internas del edificio y desde el patio entran malos olores. Gracias por el WiFi.

the only possibility to ventilate the apartment is the French Windows overlooking the terrace, 2 rooms have Windows on the corridors of the building, the other bedrooms and bathrooms on a domestic mini-cour foul-smelling!

la seule possibilité d'aérer l'appartement est la porte-fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse, 2 chambres ont les fenêtres sur les corridors de l'immeuble, les autres chambres et les sdb sur une mini-cour intérieure à l'odeur fétide !!!

The apartment is very well placed very close to the Barcelona Metro. We have a very good stay in Barcelona. It was very hot at that time and the AC system very very wellcome. We hope to go back to Barcelona and I think we will choose this apartment.The person for the check-in was very nice.It will ...take you 20 min to go to the city center than kess or to the sea side with the Metro. The only problem is to park the car. We were happy to found a free parking place (Green area in August). Else box you will have to pay a minimum of 75? for a week in a parking place very cloase of the apartment.

Calle Mallorca was where I stayed with my girlfriend and 5 friends during a post-graduation holiday. Pros: the bathrooms were immaculate, and the state of the rooms in general was very clean. Location is excellent - very close to the Metro and plenty of shops/cafes nearby. Comfortable beds... and good aircon. Cons: Noise/privacy is an issue in this flat. By that, I mean that the walls are paper thin and you can really hear everything from the other rooms. Furthermore, you are told that you must be quiet in the flat/terrace after 22.00. This in itself is not a huge problem but it would have been nice to know this before booking. Lastly, the keys were difficult to use - there is definitely a 'knack' so make sure they show you first! Lastly, the shower still leaks!  

The contact person explains the requirements for the stay in the apartment at the time of check-in. Although the apartments are rented for tourists, they are located in urban areas and are subject to the noise regulations of the city ensuring hours of nightly rest of the tenants, which is from 10 pm to 8 am. The owner informs us that the shower has been fixed and now works correctly.

Apartment corresponded to our expectations, it is very comfortable however we were 7 seniors (of 55ans), and the use of superior coating one of the rooms is a little difficult neighbourhood is quiet and well served by bus and the Metrole more would be to have other than the Spanish channels TV channel

L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes, il est très confortable toutefois nous étions 7 seniors (+ de 55ans) et l'utilisation du couchage supérieur d'une des chambres est un peu difficile Le quartier est calme et parfaitement bien desservi par le bus et le métro Le plus serait de pouvoir... disposer de chaîne de TV autres que les chaines espagnoles
