Spacious and comfortable apartment in the centre of Barcelona

Everything was fine except that of the 1st day the kitchen neon slammed we reported it immediately to the owner but three days after nothing was done, this was a bit annoying because the apartment was already dark so we see nothing in the kitchen.Of more heating ... in the room still does not work ...(this had been already reported in another comment) and we found the bathroom very very limit, a small renovation that ci would not luxury. 

Tout était bien sauf que dés le 1er jour le néon de la cuisine a claqué nous l'avons signalé aussitôt à la propriétaire mais trois jours aprés rien n'était fait, ceci était un peu génant car l'appartement était déjà sombre donc nous ne voyons rien dans la cuisine.De plus le chauffage ...dans la chambre ne fonctionne toujours pas ( ceci avait été déjà signalé dans un autre commentaire) et nous avons trouvé la salle de bain trés trés limite, une petite rénovation de celle ci ne serait pas du luxe. 

Wifi worked for the first two nights, after that it went off though the contact person tried her best and brought an orange modem but in vain. So we had to look around for help because we felt cut off from the world. Then we hired one modem through Information Centre. The apartment needs two major ...things: a mirror in each bedroom and a teapot in the kitchen. 

Dear customer, OH values and appreciates your feedback. The owner confirmed having reviewed the internet connection, which now works correctly. Similarly, we reported that a teapot has been incorporated into the equipment in the apartment.

Apartment in excellent condition, the only flaw is that the wifi was not usable. For the rest it was a really pleasant stay. The contact person was kind and friendly; very pleased.

Appartamento in ottime condizioni, l'unico difetto è che la wifi non era utilizzabile. Per il resto è stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole. La persona in contatto è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima; molto soddisfatti.

2 different contact persons: the French owner that we\'ve had on the phone and the lady that we allowed, only Spanish. Speaking no Spanish ourselves, the communication was almost impossible. The housing was not as described on the site, but an adjoining apartment of superior dimension. Not internet ...connection during the stay despite reporting to the owner from the 1st day. Drive DVD not working. Insufficient linens. Broken shower door. As \"details\" which should be corrected to justify this rental, nice price also! 

2 personnes de contacts différentes: la propriétaire francophone que nous n'avons eue qu'au téléphone et la dame qui nous a accueillis, seulement hispanophone. Ne parlant pas espagnol nous-mêmes, la communication était quasi impossible. Le logement n'était pas celui décrit sur le site, mais ...un appartement mitoyen, de dimension supérieure. Connexion internet impossible pendant tout le séjour malgré signalement à la propriétaire dès le 1er jour. Lecteur DVD ne fonctionnant pas. Linge de maison insuffisant. Porte de douche cassée. Autant de "détails" qui mériteraient d'être corrigés pour justifier le prix de cette location, agréable par ailleurs !
