This newly built apartment just a few metres from the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia, has a large double bedroom and a single room, both with fitted wardrobes that make for a very comfortable stay. The spacious lounge has designer furnishing that includes a large dining table seating five people, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need at mealtimes to really feel at home during their stay. The semi-covered terrace connects to the lounge and the bedroom and offers the possibility to enjoy a pleasant sunny, open-air breakfast. Each room has an individual air conditioning system making a summer stay much more pleasant as well as central heating for the cold.
The apartment has internet connection wifi high quality 10 Mb/s.

Very clean. Description very accurate, however, apartment does not have a dryer. Hanging clothes on balcony worked fine. Apartment far exceeded our expectations. We booked for only two days fearing that we could leave if the aprartment was not good. We ended up staying the rest of the week.

tutto ok appartamento buono e nuovo soprattutto....da ritornarci!!!!cmq siamo stati benissimo ottima posizione e tanti servizi vicin oalla posizione ho richiesto la culla ma era rotta e senza un materasso adeguato ne ho richiesta un altra e nn mi è piu' arrivata ........cmq siamo stati benissimo

The contact person (M.) was great and very helpfoul. The apartment is very good for families with kids. The Metro station is very near, the store is acros the street....we recomment it.
