Description
This cute 54m2 apartment located on the ground floor of a modern building has direct access to a communal swimming pool and solarium.
The accommodation is particularly quiet and includes one bedroom with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen for our guests to feel completely at home, a spacious and well-lit lounge with individual sofa bed and additional fold-away spare bed. The bedroom leads out onto the furnished terrace, that includes a table with chairs and sun loungers to rest or sunbathe after a long day’s walking around the city.
The complete bathroom includes a shower/bath, bidet and towels provided for our guests.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area and yet it is just a 200 m walk to the coast, the Olympic Port, a well-known shopping centre, a number of discos and a casino.
The nearest metro stop is Bogatell as well as Vila Olimpica, and there are also a number of different bus lines which take you directly into the centre of Barcelona.

Getting there

TV - Hinweis, dass nur spanische Sender zu empfangen sind, wäre hilfreich. Terrasse und Terrassenmöbel waren nicht sauber. Küchenlicht funktionierte nicht, Bidetdeckel war sehr locker, es fehlte eine Schraube, die andere war nur leicht eingedreht; Spiegel im Bad hatte einen großen Riss. Rollo im Schlafzimmer ausgebaut. Der Lärmpegel im Schlafzimmer extrem hoch, da an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen. Von ruhig kann keine Rede sein. Dei Wohnung selbst war sauber. Buchungsvorgang einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Vorbereitung der Anreise durch den Agenten oder die Agentur sehr gut und detailliert. Die Hinweise auf die Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft mit den unterschiedlichen Verkehrsmitteln war äußerst hilfreich. Die Bewertung "schlecht bei" Lage der Unterkunft ist bedingt durch den Lärmpegel. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft genau so gelegen, wie sie beschrieben worden ist.
