Apartment with terrace and communal swimming pool in a quiet area

The contact person was very nice and helpful and always available to us. The location of the apartment was exactly as described, the road has not disturbed at all us. The facilities of the apartment was ok, it had divided well the dishes, it was something little. Otherwise, everything was ready. On ...TV, there were \"only\" Spanish and Catalan broadcasters, but this should be really clear, if one goes on holiday to Spain... 

Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer für uns erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, die Straße hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ok, das Geschirr musste man sich gut einteilen, das war etwas wenig. Ansonsten war soweit ...alles in Ordnung. Im TV gab es "nur" spanische und katalanische Sender, aber das sollte eigentlich klar sein, wenn man nach Spanien in den Urlaub fährt...

TV - note that only Spanish channels are to receive would be helpful. Terrace and garden furniture were not clean.Kitchen light did not work, bidet cover was very loose, it was missing a screw, the other was only slightly turned; Mirror in the bathroom had a large crack. Expanded roller in the ...bedroom. The noise level in the bedroom that is extremely high, there located on a busy street. By no question can be quiet. Dei apartment itself was clean.Booking process correctly and quickly. Preparation of arrival by the agents or the Agency very good and detailed. The references to the availability of the accommodation with the different means of transport was extremely helpful. The rating \"bad at\" location is due to the noise level. Otherwise, the accommodation is located exactly as it has been described. 

TV - Hinweis, dass nur spanische Sender zu empfangen sind, wäre hilfreich. Terrasse und Terrassenmöbel waren nicht sauber. Küchenlicht funktionierte nicht, Bidetdeckel war sehr locker, es fehlte eine Schraube, die andere war nur leicht eingedreht; Spiegel im Bad hatte einen großen Riss. Rollo ...im Schlafzimmer ausgebaut. Der Lärmpegel im Schlafzimmer extrem hoch, da an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen. Von ruhig kann keine Rede sein. Dei Wohnung selbst war sauber. Buchungsvorgang einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Vorbereitung der Anreise durch den Agenten oder die Agentur sehr gut und detailliert. Die Hinweise auf die Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft mit den unterschiedlichen Verkehrsmitteln war äußerst hilfreich. Die Bewertung "schlecht bei" Lage der Unterkunft ist bedingt durch den Lärmpegel. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft genau so gelegen, wie sie beschrieben worden ist. 

Der Eigentümer bestätigt, alle notwendigen Maßnahmen zu treffen, um einen guten Zustand der Wohnung sicherzustellen.

ALL very, very quiet and comfortable, maybe FALTABAN some utensils kitchen (sponge, cloth, scissors) the rest excellent!

TODO MUY BIEN, MUY TRANQUILO Y CÓMODO, QUIZAS FALTABAN ALGUNOS UTENSILIOS DE COCINA (esponja, tijeras, bayeta ) EL RESTO EXCELENTE!!
