    It is very spacious, with a sunny living room which get onto the cozy balcony/terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, settled with cutlery and kitchen wares, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and and another two single bed. Also you will find a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for the 5th guest. The toilet has a bathtub/shower for you to relax after a day spent in the city.

    Extras

    CHECK IN:

    Is scheduled Monday to saturday from 14:30h until 20:00h.
    In case you require a special check-in time, you should arrange it with the owner.
    Arrivals after 20:00h will have an extra charge of 25 €
    Arrivals after 23:00h will have an extra charge of 40 €.
    Arrivals and Departures on Sunday an extra charge of 25 €.

    CHECK OUT:

    The check-out time is 11:00h.
    In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.

    Pets are allowed, on request with the owner. There is an extra charge of 15 € per night.
