It is fitted with modern and selected furniture and is fully equipped, including a comfortable L-sofa, a dining table complete set, a welcoming bedroom with a pretty balcony where you can find a double bed and a practical American kitchen with microwave and coffee maker, washing machine, TV and DVD.
The beautiful shared terrace will offer you a very relaxing atmosphere. During the summer you can enjoy your meals “al fresco” or relax while staying under the warming sun of Spain.

CHECK IN:
Is scheduled Monday to saturday from 14:30h until 20:00h.
In case you require a special check-in time, you should arrange it with the owner.
Arrivals after 20:00h will have an extra charge of 25 €
Arrivals after 23:00h will have an extra charge of 40 €.
Arrivals and Departures on Sunday an extra charge of 25 €.
CHECK OUT:
The check-out time is 11:00h.
In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.
Pets are allowed, on request with the owner. There is an extra charge of 15 € per night.

The apartment is functional for a couple, very clean and sufficiently equipped. The owner was waiting for us. His home and his kindness leave us very good memories. Corner terrace will seduce you for small lunch, apéros and dinners. Attention 5 floors without lift but soon forgotten by the comfort.... Parking, shops and metro nearby. A good address for a stay of a few days.
L'appartement est fonctionnel pour un couple, très propre et suffisamment équipé. Le propriétaire nous attendait. Son accueil et sa gentillesse nous laissent de très bons souvenirs. Le coin terrasse vous séduira pour les petits déjeuner, apéros et dîners. Attention 5 étages sans ascenseur ...mais vite oubliés par le confort. Parking, commerces et métro à proximité. Une bonne adresse pour un séjour de quelques jours.

The contact person of the apartments was very nice and has provided us with many tips on public transportation, restaurants, etc. The apartment was indeed small, but we have already spent most of the time on the roof terrace and ate breakfast there as well.The location of the apartment was perfect ...and we could reach everything on foot. The airport bus was just around the corner (Tetuan).
Die Kontaktperson des Appartments war sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen Tipps zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Restaurants, etc. versorgt. Die Wohnung war zwar klein, aber wir haben ohnehin die meiste Zeit auf der Dachterrasse verbracht und auch dort gefrühstückt. Die Lage der Wohnung war ...perfekt und wir konnten fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Der Flughafenbus hielt direkt um die Ecke (Tetuan).
