This beautiful apartment has three bedrooms; the main bedroom with double bed and bathroom (including bath-jacuzzi), a single room (bathroom with shower) and another single room. There is also a third fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The lounge has an additional sofa bed.
The kitchen in this designer apartment is fully fitted for guests to be able to prepare their meals with everything necessary. There is also a large 50’’ flat-screen television, DVD player, and Internet connection, a telephone to make local fixed line calls, washing machine, central heating and air conditioning. The elegant accommodation also enjoys a south-west facing balcony.
This spacious designer accommodation is located in the Eixample area just a few streets from a number of Gaudi’s most famous works including La Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. Situated on the Passeig de Gracia the apartment is also very close to the Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas, as well as the market La Boqueria, the Borne and the Gótico district. A paradise for shopping, the Paseo de Gracia is on the door step.
The accommodation is also very well communicated with both green and yellow metro lines and the metro station Passeig de Gracia is located just opposite.

Late check-in between 21:00 and 00:00 will involve an additional charge of €30, whilst between 00:00 and 07:00 the charge increases to €50.
Check-out between 09:00 and 11:00.
Early check-out between 07:00 and 09:00 will involve an additional charge of €50.
Cot available on request for a cost of €35 per stay.
Highchair available on request for a cost of €10 per stay.
The availability of the above mentioned equipment must be confirmed directly with the owner prior to the arrival date, otherwise the availability cannot be guaranteed.
Groups of guests under 25 years old are not accepted. Reservations made by guests under 25 years old are not accepted except when traveling with family.

The apartment is a great size and in an absolutely perfect location. The cost per night is very fair. It's a short walk to La Rambla and the metro station outside is a hub for multiple lines. I was not happy with the contact. It took days to respond to my e-mail (first email was completely ...ignored). Waited for the contact person for about 45 minutes on the steps outside; and then he demanded full payment plus deposit in cash immediately. He refused any credit card payment even though the contract seemed to indicate it was okay for the deposit at least. If you don't expect this it will really effect the way your trip starts.
