This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building in the heart of the Raval district, and has been completely renovated whilst respecting the original material.
The 90m2 accommodation includes one bedroom with cupboards, one bedroom with bunk beds, one bedroom with a single bed and another with a double. The bathroom and kitchen are fully fitted and the lounge has a sofa bed. The apartment has magnificent views over Montjuich and offers other mod cons such as air conditioning, central heating, internet connection and a television.
A very central location means that guests have easy access on foot to the main sites of interest in the city such as the Ramblas, the market La Boqueria and the Plaza Cataluña. It is very well served by metro and bus, with the nearest metro station the green line, Liceu.

Check-in: from 15:00.
Late check-in between 21:00 and 00:00 will involve an additional charge of €30, whilst between 00:00 and 07:00 the charge increases to €50.
Check-out between 09:00 and 11:00.
Early check-out between 07:00 and 09:00 will involve an additional charge of €50.
Cot available on request for a cost of €35 per stay.
Highchair available on request for a cost of €10 per stay.
The availability of the above mentioned equipment must be confirmed directly with the owner prior to the arrival date, otherwise the availability cannot be guaranteed.
Groups of guests under 25 years old are not accepted. Reservations made by guests under 25 years old are not accepted except when traveling with family.

Superb apartment that we rent certainly still.That said, we thought pay only what was mark on the site (we pay 10 per night for extra person, and give surety 200 which was not planned) and therefore the owner came every morning? e of our stay to retrieve his, we forcing us wake up or wait for him. ...This should be more explicit on your site or on the part of the owner in the trade by but then.Thank you for everything, we all enjoyed this beautiful weekend with your apartment and your advice!
Superbe appartement que nous louerons certainement encore. Cela dit, nous pensions payer seulement ce qui était marquer sur le site (nous avons payer 10e par nuit pour une personne supplémentaire, et donner 200e de caution qui n'étais pas prévu ) et le propriétaire est donc venu chaque ...matinėe de notre séjour pour récupérer son du, nous obligeant à nous réveiller ou l'attendre. Ceci devrait être plus explicite sur votre site ou alors de la part du propriétaire lors des échanges par mais. Merci pour tout, nous avons tous apprécié ce superbe week-end grâce à votre appartement et vos conseils!
