This newly built apartment just a few metres from the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia, has a large double bedroom and a single room, both with fitted wardrobes that make for a very comfortable stay.
The spacious lounge has designer furnishing that includes a large dining table seating five people, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need at mealtimes to really feel at home during their stay.
The semi-covered terrace connects to the lounge and the bedroom and offers the possibility to enjoy a pleasant sunny, open-air breakfast. Each room has an individual air conditioning system making a summer stay much more pleasant as well as central heating for the cold.

Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass die Duschabtrennung gebrochen war und Splitter noch im Rahmen steckten. Ebenso hat uns niemand darauif hingewiesen, dass die Fliesen im Bad lose und gebrochen waren. Bei Rückgabe des Schlüssels wurde 1 1/2 Stunden vor der vereinbarten Zeit bei uns sturmgeklingelt (wir haben geschlafen) - unverschämt

L'appartement est impeccable et très bien situé. Cependant, nous croyions que l'appartement serait équipé au niveau du papier de toilettes et des filtres à café. Comme le logement fournissait qu'un papier de toilette et 1 filtre à café nous avons eu à faire ces achats. Aussi l'appartement ne dispose que d'un seul miroir, ce qui peut être dérangeant si vous êtes plusieurs comme nous l'avons été. Mais nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement et le loueront à nouveau dans l'avenir sans hésiter !
