This is 120 m2 (1200 sq. Ft.) apartment is great for groups up to 12 people. The apartment has a great central location and has all the basic furnishing to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
All the bedrooms are located on the exterior side of the building and have balconies and glass window doors. This gives fresh air and natural light to all the rooms. Each room also has 2 single beds, clothes closets, fans, electric radiator heaters, bed side tables, night lights, bed linens and towels. 3 of these bedrooms have small table and 2 chairs. The living area is the center of the apartment and has 2 sofas and 2 chairs. One of the sofas converts into a double bed for 2 people giving the apartment a maximum occupancy of 12 people. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen table is set for 6 people, but combining the 3 room tables and 6 room chairs the kitchen area will comfortably accommodate 12 people for a united dining experience. The bathroom area was designed especially for groups. Each shower, toilet and sink are in separate rooms. There are 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks giving the possibility for 6 people to use the bathroom at the same time. This shortens preperation time and gives your group more leisure time. The apartment is also with WI FI internet connection.

You have to walk through the living room in your towel. Also, take some earplugs - it is incredibly noisy when trying to sleep. Oh and in addition to the quoted costs, there is also a €500 deposit that they mention in the confimration email and what they DONT mention until you get there, in the ...contract itself, is another €20 admin fee, which is non-refundable. Very sneaky - not impressed. Good accommodation though, all rooms evenly sized, showers good and the contact person was brilliant.
