This 120 m2 (1200 sq. ft.) 5 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona´s center and is perfect for groups up to 12 people.
This modern apartment offers all the basic furnishings to have a comfortable stay while on your Barcelona holiday. There are 5 spacious bedrooms in total. 3 are twin rooms with 2 single beds each and the other 2 are triple rooms with 3 single beds each. All the rooms have balconies and glass window doors; this gives each room fresh air and natural light. The bedrooms are also equipped with WI-FI, clothes closets, table and 2 chairs, bed side table, night lights, bed linens and towels. The living area is small and has one sofa and 2 chairs. The Kitchen area is also compact but is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils. The kitchen tables are bar style tables that sit 8 people comfortably. Combing 2 of the room tables and 4 room chairs will easily accommodate 12 people for a meal together. The bathroom area is nicely organized for groups. The 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks are all separate giving the possibility for 6 people to use the bathroom facilities at the same time this saving on preparation time and adding to leisure time.
The location of the apartment is simply perfect as is sets in the heart of Barcelona’s center. Plaza Catalunya is the center square of the city and La Rambla, Spain’s most famous street are just 5 minutes walk from the front door. All main transportations for Barcelona are accessed from Plaza Catalunya. This means 5 minutes from the apartment you have complete access to; metro, bus, train, airport bus, taxi, touristic bus, bike rental, Moto rental, car rentals and taxi. Not only is the apartment easily accessed it sets in the middle of the city’s main tourist and shopping area. This gives your group the opportunity to leave the apartment on foot and walk to nearly all the main attractions, shops, museums and restaurants.

Apartment is in a great location as its just a short walk to La Ramla. Close to subway and quiet enough to sleep. Was a group of ten males so to have single beds was great. Also two separte showers, sinks and toilets. All was clean so no complaints. Would benefit from the bedrooms being slightly smaller to allow a bigger communal space. Also the 600 cash security deposit is quite steep especially when you get this back on the last day and no time to use the Euros if its not your normal currency.

Das Apartment war sehr sauer und die Kontaktperson super freundlich. Von der Ausstattung her hat es uns im Apartment an nichts gefehlt.

Ci hanno accusato di aver disperso un copriletto, prelevandoci 50? ingiustamente sostenendo, tra l'altro che se ne sarebbero dovuti comprare 8 contemporaneamente! Il copriletto non c'era sin dal nostro ingresso in appartamento!
