Apartment por 12 people right in the heart of Barcelona

The location is superb and the rooms are very nice and tidy! Rooms on the street side are quite loudy due to the noise from the traffic but on the other hand the flat is in the middle of the city. There is just a little common space in the flat but our company didn't stay in the flat that much so it... didn't bother us at all. I sincerely recommend this flat! 

We had to contact the owner to bring sheets for the extra bed, however they sorted it out for us. The front room was cold, but other than that everthing was fine.

The apartment is very nice and very comfortable!Attention not air-con and cannot open the Windows because of too noisy traffic. At the same time we were during the heat wave so it was really hot.The Corporation is very organized, provide almost one hour for the State of the places of entry. The output was very fast!Otherwise we had a very good stay!

L'appartement est tres jolie et tres confortable! Attention pas de clim et on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenetres a cause du traffic trop bruyant. En même temps nous étions pendant la canicule alors il faisait VRAIMENT chaud. La société de gestion est très organisee, prévoir quasi une heure pour... l'etat des lieux d'entrée. La sortie fut très rapide! Sinon nous avons passé un très bon séjour! 

Apartment is in a great location as its just a short walk to La Ramla. Close to subway and quiet enough to sleep. Was a group of ten males so to have single beds was great. Also two separte showers, sinks and toilets. All was clean so no complaints. Would benefit from the bedrooms being slightly... smaller to allow a bigger communal space. Also the 600 cash security deposit is quite steep especially when you get this back on the last day and no time to use the Euros if its not your normal currency. 

The apartment was very pissed and the contact person super friendly. Of the facilities made it lacked in the apartment of anything.

Das Apartment war sehr sauer und die Kontaktperson super freundlich. Von der Ausstattung her hat es uns im Apartment an nichts gefehlt.

We were accused of having lost a bedspread, 50 prelevandoci? wrongfully claiming, inter alia, that if they were to buy 8 simultaneously! The bedspread was not there since our entry into the apartment!

Ci hanno accusato di aver disperso un copriletto, prelevandoci 50€ ingiustamente sostenendo, tra l'altro che se ne sarebbero dovuti comprare 8 contemporaneamente! Il copriletto non c'era sin dal nostro ingresso in appartamento!
