Cozy apartment in Art Nouveau style building

Treatment, care, and others by Oh-Barcelona, phenomenal. The floor had some shortcomings: * a bedspring lacked lamas and he could not sleep in this bed. * Other bed had the Spring mattress is emerging and that bed could not be used. ** The boiler was new and newly installed but not all radiators ...they heated up. ** The room bathroom was where the boiler had the wall without finish. ** The facade of the building was filled with scaffolding which not allowed us to enjoy balconies or views. * As regards the equipment had no towel feet in any of the 3 bathrooms. Or 8 cups of breakfast when the floor is designed for 8 people. Or a single small where you can take a single coffee cup. ** Not could use vacuum cleaner or MOP... 

El trato, atención y demás por parte de Oh-Barcelona, fenomenal. El piso tenía ciertas deficiencias: * A un somier le faltaban lamas y no se podía dormir en esa cama. * Otra cama tenía el colchón con muelles que se salían y tampoco se pudo utilizar esa cama. * La caldera estaba nueva y ...recién instalada pero no calentaban todos los radiadores. * El cuarto de baño donde estaba la caldera tenía la pared sin rematar. * La fachada del edificio estaba llena de andamios lo que no nos permitió disfrutar de los balcones ni de las vistas. * En cuanto al equipamiento no habia ninguna toalla de pies en ninguno de los 3 baños. Ni 8 tazas de desayuno cuando el piso está pensado para 8 personas. Ni una sola taza pequeña donde poder tomar un café solo. *No se pudo utilizar aspirador ni fregona..

Hello, we really enjoy our stay in Barcelona apartment was ideal for a family trip like we did. The contact person and the phone contact were helpful and friendly, thanks for that. The only \"bad points\" was the \"Italian\" coffee machine was totally rusty on the inside, so not usable, a bit hard ...when you are 6 coffee drinkers... there was also so stains on the bed sheet...Apart from that, all good!

good location of the apartment; Unfortunately, the slatted frame was damaged and therefore not useable in a bed. Cleanliness of the bathrooms and the kitchen utensils had to wishes left.

gute Lage des Apartments; bei einem Bett war leider der Lattenrost defekt und dadurch nicht benützbar. Sauberkeit der Badezimmer und der Küchenutensilien ließ zu Wünschen übrig.

The apartment was super great, very central, and nicely decorated.The staff of the Agency was also very nice and support broadband.I could only recommend it.

Das Apartment war super toll, ganz zentral, und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal von der Agentur war auch sehr nett und hilfsbreit. Ich könnte es nur weiter empfehlen.

O was very friendly, on time to meet us and mostly responsive via email prior to our arriving in Barcelona.He should have given us a bit more info about the apartment the day we checked in. The apartment had a leaking refrig. --the floor would get wet and slippery. Apparently, Oh-Barcelona knew of... this problem prior to our arrival but we weren't told. Also, using the keys and opening the apt door is a bit tricky and should be shown to guests. We had no means to light the stove--we weren't told we needed matches or a lighter and there were none provided. Bulbs in lights were burned out, floor fans were not working. The Air Conditioner drips (inside and out) and works in only one room. More linens should be provided. Kitchen had bare minimum (only 2 bowls!), few glasses. I love the concept of renting an apartment, the people we met and had contact with were terrific and friendly. We loved the location of this apt. and other than what I mentioned above, enjoyed our stay. We would definitely do this again and tell others. I think the contact person should be in contact with us earlier to provide us with more thorough details of check in. I found it concerning when I didn't get replies to emails or my questions directly answered. Also, you should provide a set of instructions that stays with the apt. for guests--and you need to check on dishes, light bulbs and other details more carefully prior to check in. Also maybe offer a 'premium' package for guests to purchase which gives more/better linens, more upscale offerings (coffee,tissues, etc)  

The contact person will give all necessary instructions at the moment of the check-in.

After a month of traveling and staying in hostels/hotels all over europe- this apartment was absolute perfection. So comfortable and in an amazing location! I loved every minute of this apartment! Thanks so much!
