Loft type apartment in Gracia

The apartment is cozy and has all you need.The staff always available.The strategic position, located in a lovely neighborhood. Not very suitable for children as the scale of the Loft is dangerous.Neo negative cleaning leaves much to be desired dust everywhere dirty floor, unidentified objects ...attacked them outside, pans encrusted plates and cutlery, table cloths, handkerchiefs initulizzabili dirty under the bed. A real shame!!! 

L'appartamento è carino e dotato di tutti il necessario. Il personale sempre disponibile. La posizione strategica, situato in un quartiere delizioso. Non molto adatto ai bambini in quanto la scala del soppalco è pericolosa. Neo negativo la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare polvere ovunque ...pavimento sporco, oggetti non identificati attaccatti alle porte, pentole piatti e posate incrostati, tovaglie initulizzabili, fazzoletti sporchi sotto il letto. Un vero peccato !!!

Accomodation very spacious and very well equipped, but decidedly dark (both because of their location on the ground floor and the non-functioning of most of the artificial lights). Absent even the cable to use the dvd player, which prevented its use.Cleaning conditions improvement (couch, wc, ...blankets, table cloth to wash).To evaluate a security railing to stairs descending from the loft and to the edges of the metal steps to live and face height!The location is convenient to public transport and the area is quiet and, especially in the sleeping area, quiet.Faulty pawl of the entrance door of the building, whose opening often requires multiple attempts. Also the door lock access to housing is not always easy to open. 

Alloggio molto spazioso e assai ben accessoriato, ma decisamente buio (sia per l'ubicazione al piano terra che per il non funzionamento di buona parte delle luci artificiali). Assente anche il cavo per l'utilizzo del dvd player, che ne impediva l'utilizzo. Condizioni di pulizia migliorabili ...(divano, wc, coperte, tovaglia da lavare). Da valutare una ringhiera di protezione per la scala che scende dal soppalco e per gli spigoli degli scalini metallici al vivo e ad altezza viso! La posizione è comunque comoda per i mezzi pubblici e la zona è tranquilla e, soprattutto nella zona notte, silenziosa. Difettoso il nottolino del portoncino d'ingresso del palazzo, la cui apertura spesso richiede più tentativi. Anche la serratura della porta di accesso all'alloggio non è sempre agevole da aprire. 

we had the idea that the blankets were not so clean. The lady came too late when we arrived. And she was not so friendly. She asked a copy of a passport but we hadn\'t a copy. According to her we had a mail about this. But I never received a mail that we had to bring a copy of our passport.

Fantastic apartment, really funky andright in the middle of a nice neighborhood and only 2-3 stops to the beach. Will be back!!

The apartment was very clean, there was enough dust. We had only a blanket and a pillow case for each bed, then we have more demands on the second day

L’appartamento non era molto pulito, c’era abbastanza polvere. Avevamo soltanto un lenzuolo e una federa per ogni letto, quindi ne abbiamo richieste di più il secondo giorno

Our stay went very well. We really liked it and will tell all our friends! However, you could give a map of the closest supermarket to help people when they arrive. Also the coffee machine just takes coffee tablets and they are difficult to find! The person of contact was nice and helpful

Housing: Corresponds to the description of the site.Very clean, spacious and very well equipped.One drawback: its structure and its volume makes it difficult to heat properly.Location: Small street, pas very busy, shops nearby.A bit noisy for people sleeping in the main room, because it is in ground... - floor side street.Contact person: Nice, good explanations on the city, however we it were expected during 1 h 1/4 while we we called 30 km before our arrival.Service: Nothing to report individual 

Logement: Correspond à la description du site . Très propre , spacieux,et très bien équipé. Un inconvénient : Sa structure et son volume le rendent difficile à chauffer correctement. Location : Petite rue , pas très passante, commerces à proximité. Un peu bruyant pour les personnes ...couchant dans la pièce principale , car celle-ci est en rez-de chaussée côté rue. Personne de contact : Sympathique , bonnes explications sur la ville, par contre nous l'avons attendue pendant 1h1/4 bien que nous ayons appelé 30km avant notre arrivée. Service : Rien à signaler de particulier
