This elegant second-floor apartment (with a lift) covers a generous floor space of 175m², and can comfortably sleep up to eight people. With cream painted walls and oak flooring throughout, it has been decorated to a high standard and benefits from lots of natural light. Both heating and air conditioning systems have been installed.
Along with its sofas, the living area contains a dining table and chairs, which offers a pleasant place to sit and have your meals next to patio doors. There’s also a desk, handy for positioning your laptop while browsing online (free internet is included in the apartment). The large galley-style kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, together with a coffee pot and toaster. There’s also plenty of cupboard space.
The first of the flat’s five bedrooms contains a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms each contain twin beds. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have a single bed each. Three of the rooms also come with a small desk and chair, and all of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. A free cot is also included.
The property has two large shower rooms, each of which has a bidet. There’s also a terrace, which overlooks the tree-lined street below.
The apartment’s owner is happy for guests to smoke in the flat.
Situated on Carrer de Provença, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk away from the Sagrada Familia and the Passeig de Gràcia. It’s also brilliantly located for the metro – Verdaguer metro station is right across the road, perfect for reaching any other part of the city.

Faltaba gel para limpiar asi como pastillas para lavavajillas asi que lavabamos con las manoss porque necesitabamos la vajilla. Poca vajilla y poca taza de desayuno. El horno esta averiado. La casa es bnita y la situacion buenisima. Desde la terraza se ve la sagrada familia!
