Description
This beautiful 3-storey house covers a total floor space of 88m², and has been designed to accommodate up to six people. It’s been decorated with white painted walls, oak flooring and high-quality floor tiles, and benefits from lots of natural light. Both air conditioning and central heating are installed throughout.
In the living room you’ll find a large L-shaped sofa, ideal for relaxing and watching the wall-mounted TV (the sofa can easily be turned into a double bed). There’s also a DVD player if you fancy putting on a film. The open-plan kitchen sits off to the side, and comes fully equipped with an integrated oven and microwave, a dishwasher, kettle, coffee pot and toaster. There’s also an American-style fridge/freezer unit and a dining table and chairs for you to take your meals.
The house has three bedrooms; the first contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each have a single bed. A free cot is also provided in case you’re travelling as a family. There are three separate bathrooms throughout the house, with one on each floor for additional convenience. Up on the third floor you’ll find a fabulous outdoor terrace, which covers a floor space of 42m2. This is a great spot for eating al fresco or enjoying an evening drink.
Smokers are welcome in the flat.
The flat is situated in the district of Gràcia, which is one of the most sought-after residential areas of the city. The district retains a quirky ‘village’ feel, and is full of captivating streets and little plazas.
This accommodation would suit families or a group of friends on holiday. It’s a rare find within Barcelona.

Tou était nickel, l'appartement était propre donc nous étions satisfait du système. On a beaucoup mangé dehors mais c'est pratique d'avoir la cuisine.

leider gab es nicht wie in der anzeige einen kostenlosen wlan zugang. das problem wurde zwar durch die nette kontaktperson schnell gelöst, jedoch mussten wir zusätzliche kosten in kauf nehmen. da wir als unternehmen online bleiben müssen war dies ein buchungskriterium, welches leider nicht erfüllt wurde. schade.

War eine super Wohnung. Leider ein bisschen außerhalb, mit der Metro aber gut zu erreichen. Einziges Problem war ein leichter Gestank in der Wohnung, der auch durch Lüften nicht weg zu bekommen war.

6/10 Très gros problèmes d'odeur au rez de chaussé (égouts?), pas de lecteur DVD, pas de planche à repasser, pas possibilité de prendre 2 douches en même temps (manque de pression). Appartement très joli et quartier sympathique, très tranquille, métro à proximité. La terrasse est un atout incontestable!!! Malgrès quelques petits disfonctionnements nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
