This sunny apartment is located on the third floor of a building and was fully reformed in August 2011, fitted with all mod-cons for guests to feel completely at home.
The flat is very sunny and air-conditioned with large windows in the lounge that offer panoramic views over the city.
The spacious lounge has a comfortable leather sofa opposite a flat-screen television; a great spot to unwind after a lively day sightseeing round the city. In the same room, separate from the relaxation area, is a table with chairs for guests to enjoy mealtimes in company. The three bedrooms are all tastefully decorated with warm colours creating a relaxing ambience that is perfect to rest. In one room there is a double bed, in the other two singles and in the third one single.
There are two bathrooms both with bath, sink, bidet and wc.
The flat is located in a central, well-connected area of the city. For those wanting to travel by public transport the nearest metro stop is Hospital Clinic just 5 minutes walk away. For those who prefer to discover the city on foot, it is just 15 minutes to Plaza Universitat with its famous shopping centre and 20 minutes to the very heart of Barcelona - Plaza Catalunya.

Everything perfect. It was very nice, clean and spacious. Apart from the apartment location which was a bit outside of city centre than what we hoped, nothing else to mention. The area was very nice though.

The flat is really comfortable for a family of 5 like ours, but the distribution of the bedrooms makes it suitable for 2 families with small kids as well. One of the bedrooms and the dining room are noisy especially during the summer when you have to open the windows, given that the flat has no air-co. The position is excellent for a visit like ours, as it is 10 mins. walk from a not crowded turistic-bus stop (so you easily find a seat without cueing) and it is also very convenient to the Diagonal (a main street) that we have used to go out of town without getting jammed into the city traffic - but if you are looking for something very central, this might not be ideal. The flat has been refurbished with standard forniture as for bedroom and dining room, whilst renovation works have been really basic (the kitchen has a new fridge and dishwasher + new tools, but forniture, sink and the cooking plates are old, as well as the bathrooms, the floor, the tiles).
