This wonderful and sunny apartment is located on the top floor of a building and is ideal to enjoy the sunshine of Barcelona city. It has a wonderful terrace that is furnished for enjoying moments of relaxation far from the noise of the city even whilst being very much in the centre.
The apartment has a beautiful room with double bed and panoramic windows, a large 30m2 lounge with open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped for guests to be able to cook their favourite dishes and a table to enjoy them. The room leads on to the large terrace and has a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a pleasant shower.
The location of the accommodation is quite unbeatable, just 15 minutes walk from the Paseo de Gracia and 10 minutes from the city centre - Plaza Catalunya. It is an ideal choice for visitors to discover Barcelona, whilst staying in a non-tourist neighbourhood that boasts traditional Barcelona- style architecture.

Late check-in between 22:00 and 08:00 will incur an additional charge of €30 which should be paid to the owner upon arrival.
