This beautiful 53m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is a very luminous as it is south-facing and it consists of three rooms.
The lounge has a flat-screen TV as well a dining area with table and four chairs for meal times. The main bedroom includes a double bed, the second one two single beds. The fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and fridge) provides everything guests might need to prepare their favourite dishes. There are two bathrooms for a major comfort, both with shower and WC.
The apartment offers other amenities such as air conditioning, heating and internet connection among others.
The apartment's location is wonderful; situated near to the historical centre without the noise and bustle. Metro line 2 is just a few metres from the flat with the stop ‘Monumental’ (as well as the Bull Ring with the same name) providing direct access to Paseo de Gracia and all its prestigious designer shops and the most famous of Gaudi’s architectural works. It is also just a five-minute walk to the metro stop Monumental (line 2), that will take visitors directly into the city centre in ten minutes.
One of the most important features is that the apartment is close to the famous Gaudi Cathedral the Sagrada Familia, a ten-minute walk away.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L2 L3 L4 L5line 4 of the metro will carry you straight down to Barceloneta beach, while purple line 2 stops right outside the Sagrada Família. Loads of buses to boot (the Estació del Nord bus terminal is nearby).

Appartement bien situé. Proche du métro et des grandes attractions. Aurait souhaité plus d'ustensiles. Mais à part ceci, confort fantastique pour un couple, adéquat pour 4 si séjour est de courte durée.

Super Lage in Barcelona keine 2 Min. von der U-Bahn Station.Sehr Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Leider fehlte der angeblich vorhandene Föhn wurde leider auch ,trotz Reklamation, nicht mehr gebracht.

8/10: logement conforme à la description du site mais désagrément pour la chambre parentale, causé par les odeurs des sanitaires contigus à la chambre. Nettoyage OK mais surveiller les petits dysfonctionnements liés à l'usure ou à l'usage (spots, lampadaire, interrupteur...) voir mail envoyé à la personne contact; vaiselle à compléter (certains couverts seraient insuffisants pour 4 personnes)

The appartment was beautiful and nicely decorated. It was in good condition and clean except the floors were a bit dirty. Lots of plus points for the internet in the appartment. The location was perfect for us, because the metro station Monumental was just arround the corner, so it was super easy to get to everywhere in Barcelona. The area was nice, great delicatess and bakery nearby! Your contact person was very nice and gave us lots of usefull information about Barcelona!

The tank of the toilet in one of the bathrooms didn't always fill, but we told OH and they promptly came to fix it. Apartment was very clean and there was very little noise from surrounding apartments.

rapport qualité prix correct. Il manquait juste un tapis de salle de bain (la salle de bain a du mal sécher en plein mois de janvier). Un peu décu des coupons de réductions qui ne nous ont pas beaucoup servis puisque beaucoup d'activités sont plutôt pour la période d'été.

il serait utile de préciser l'existence du Wifi Si nous l'avions su nous aurions pris notre portable oubli de draps qu'il a fallu réclamer mais nous les avons eu dans l'heure un problème de chasse d'eau qui était déficiente et qui a cassé totalement pendant le séjour
