Description
This beautiful 53m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is a very luminous as it is south-facing and it consists of three rooms.
The lounge has a flat-screen TV and a dining area with a table and four chairs for meal times. The main bedroom includes a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, whilst the second bedroom features two single beds. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.
The fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and fridge) provides everything guests might need to prepare their favourite dishes. The apartment offers other amenities such as air conditioning, heating and internet connection among others.
The apartment's location is wonderful; situated near to the historical centre without the noise and bustle. Metro line 2 is just a few metres from the flat with the stop ‘Monumental’ (as well as the Bull Ring with the same name) providing direct access to Paseo de Gracia and all its prestigious designer shops and the most famous of Gaudi’s architectural works. It is also just a ten-minute walk to the metro stop Marina (line 2), that will take visitors directly into the city centre in 5 minutes.
One of the most important features is that the apartment is close to the famous Gaudi Cathedral the Sagrada Familia, a ten-minute walk away.

Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00.
Check-out by 11:00.
Late check-in after 22:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€. Furthermore, check-in on the 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st December, and the 1st January will incur an additional charge of 30€ (these charges are cumulative).
Check-out: The latest possible time for check-out is 11h.
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.
An extra cleaning service during your stay including a change of sheets and towels is available. Please consult with the owner for information about prices and times once you have made your reservation.

The apartment has liked us, she is quiet and ideal for 4 persons. We would book it again. It would be however nice if also the oven would work and the doorknobs with some oil of the Squeak would be held.

very good stay in this apartment which was very nice but has some flaws: a little sound mostly night games on TV. There\'s not enough crockery (glasses and cutlery and bowls!), it lacks a kettle for tea lovers.Very good ... situation but still the problem of parking! indicate future occupants parking possibilities and rates would be a plus.
très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui était très agréable mais qui comporte quelques défauts : un peu sonore surtout les soirs de matchs à la télé. Il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle (verres et couverts et pas de bols !), il manque une bouilloire pour les amateurs de thé. Très bonne ...situation mais toujours le problème de parking ! indiquer aux futurs occupants les possibilités de parking et les tarifs serait un plus.
