This attic is perfect for a couple and will seduce visitors with its elegant terrace and wonderful views over one of the most visited attractions in the city of Barcelona – the Sagrada Familia. The flat is located just a couple of steps from this beautiful temple, which means enjoying all of the associated services and facilities in the neighbourhood.
The apartment is situated on the top floor of a building with a lift, sunny and peaceful even though it is in a very lively district. It has been carefully decorated in minimalist style with white walls and black furniture to emphasize its natural light.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa, ideal to watch TV on the flat-screen, or a DVD. The American-style kitchen opens onto the lounge and is fitted with all mod-cons including oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, glasses, and plates and cooking utensils.
From the bedroom there is access onto the balcony that is furnished with table and chairs and an ideal spot to relax. The bedroom has a double bed and a small wardrobe to store belongings. The bath has a pleasant shower.
The location of this fabulous attic is unbeatable – as well as the nearby Sagrada Familia there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets that are all in the surrounding area. Just a short stroll from the flat is the Sagrada Familia metro station that leads directly to the centre of Barcelona as well as a good selection of bus lines.

Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00.
Check-out by 11:00.
Late check-in after 22:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€. Furthermore, check-in on the 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st December, and the 1st January will incur an additional charge of 30€ (these charges are cumulative).
Check-out: The latest possible time for check-out is 11h.
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.
An extra cleaning service during your stay including a change of sheets and towels is available. Please consult with the owner for information about prices and times once you have made your reservation.

Own apartment with a very good location, neighborhood, the proximity of the metro 50 m has enjoyed for quick access to the main sites touristiques.Comme it had been read in the comments, the shower is actually not very spacious... It can be annoying ... If you are very large or a little strong. ...Otherwise, the room overlooking an interior courtyard is super quiet, which is rare in the city!In short, we loved our stay and we hope to return soon to this incredible city!
Appartement propre avec une très bonne situation , on a apprécié le quartier, la proximité du métro à 50 m pour accéder rapidement aux principaux sites touristiques. Comme on avait pu le lire dans les commentaires, la douche n'est effectivement pas très spacieuse... Ça peut être gênant ...si vous êtes tres grand ou un peu fort. Sinon, la chambre donnant sur une cour intérieure est super calme, ce qui est rare en ville ! En bref, on a adoré notre séjour et nous espérons revenir très vite dans cette ville incroyable !

Hola buenos dias, en general ha estado muy bien, solo dos cosas a comentar. 1º.-Hacia frio dentro del apartamento, seria conveniente que unas 4 horas antes de que llegue alguien se encienda el aire acondicionado, en verano me imagino que a la inversa. 2º.- Seria conveniente que antes de que ...lleguen los inquilinos se le de una limpieza al apartamento, habia mucho polvo, el suelo sin barrer y la encimera estaba sucia.
