Description
This charming flat is elegantly furnished and has been carefully designed to provide the most comfortable stay in Barcelona. The 75m apartment is fitted with everything guests might need and includes a spacious, well-lit lounge with direct access onto the terrace, fully fitted with a large sofa chaise-longue to watch the flat-screen television, listen to music, watch a DVD or just enjoy a siesta. The same room has a table seating six - perfect for meal times in company. The separate kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, fridge, cutlery, pots, plates and everything guests might need during their stay.
There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and a third with two singles. The layout is perfect for couples and groups of friends or families. The bathroom has a shower and bath.
The location is very good – in Gran Via, one of the most important avenues in Barcelona and close to numerous bus stops and two metro stops (monumental and glories) providing quick and easy transport into the city centre. From here it is just a short walk to the Sagrada Familia, and the beach, a half-hour stroll from the accommodation.

L'appartement que nous avons loué était parfait pour notre petite famille (un ado et un bébé). Nous avons par ailleurs été vraiment bien accueilli par nos hôtes, comme si ils avaient été des amis de longue date. Notre confort dans cet appartement nous a donné l'impression d'être un peu chez-nous, à Barcelone.

Excellent apartment, modern, clean and comfortable, with washing and drying machine and very well equipped kitchen! Only comment wrt bathroom a little bit difficult to regulate the hot water! I would return to this apartment without a doubt!

El apartamento estaba situado en una calle grande con fácil acceso al transporte público y no había nada de ruido. Había obras en el piso de al lado y eso nos molestó un poco ya que había polvos y teníamos que cerrar las ventanas. El apartamento en si era un poco sucio para nosotros. El mobiliario de la cocina no era muy cuidada y el apartamento necesita un poco de renovación. La persona de contacto era muy amable y nos asistió en todo momento. Se preocupaba muchísimo por nosotros y eso se agradece. Una buena estancia después de todo.

El apartamento esta situado en una zona super céntrica, es fácil moverse a todos los puntos de Barcelona y en poco tiempo. Las intalaciones estan muy bien y todo limpio y en perfecto estado. y sobre todo la persona de contacto fue super agradable y atenta en todo momento. Me lleve muy buen sabro de boca de Barcelona solo me quedaron ganas de pasar más tiempo alli.

Absolutely excellent accommodation, supported by a very friendly and understanding flat owner. Only criticism is that the blinds in the bedroom windows could be heavier - Barcelona sunlight is strong - especially for afternoon naps. I would strongly recommend this accommodation to friends.
