Appartement très bien (équipement, propreté) contact sur place excellent, proche Sagrada Familia, 10min à pieds, mais un peu loin du centre touristique La Rambla...

A very well equipped apartment with an incredibly nice and helpful contact person who speaks very good English. The location is also perfect since it has good rail links from the apartment and to the Sagrada Familia walking can run (not 10 minutes).Small notes: you should adapt, that you must keep the night from 10 pm.

Eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer unglaublich netten und hilfsbereiten Kontaktperson, die sehr gutes Englisch spricht. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, da man von der Wohnung aus eine gute Bahnanbindung hat und zur Sagrada Familia sogar zu Fuß laufen kann (keine 10 Minuten). Kleine ...Hinweise: Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass man ab 22h die Nachtruhe einhalten muss.  

Very nice and helpful landlord. The apartment is centrally located, clean and well equipped, but there is some traffic noise from the busy street. Will absolutely recommend to others

The apartment we rented was perfect for our small family (an ado and a baby). We have also really well-received by our guests, as if they had been friends for a long time. Our comfort in this apartment gave us the impression of being a little home, Barcelona.

L'appartement que nous avons loué était parfait pour notre petite famille (un ado et un bébé). Nous avons par ailleurs été vraiment bien accueilli par nos hôtes, comme si ils avaient été des amis de longue date. Notre confort dans cet appartement nous a donné l'impression d'être un peu chez-nous, à Barcelone.

Excellent apartment, modern, clean and comfortable, with washing and drying machine and very well equipped kitchen! Only comment wrt bathroom a little bit difficult to regulate the hot water! I would return to this apartment without a doubt!

The apartment was located on a street with easy access to public transport and there was nothing of noise. There were works on the floor of to the side and that we bothered a little since there was dust and we had to close the Windows. The apartment itself was a bit dirty for us. The furniture of ...the kitchen was not very careful and the apartment needs a bit of renovation.The contact person was very friendly and attended us at all times. Cared a lot for us and that is appreciated. A good stay after all. 

El apartamento estaba situado en una calle grande con fácil acceso al transporte público y no había nada de ruido. Había obras en el piso de al lado y eso nos molestó un poco ya que había polvos y teníamos que cerrar las ventanas. El apartamento en si era un poco sucio para nosotros. El ...mobiliario de la cocina no era muy cuidada y el apartamento necesita un poco de renovación. La persona de contacto era muy amable y nos asistió en todo momento. Se preocupaba muchísimo por nosotros y eso se agradece. Una buena estancia después de todo.  

El propietario confirma el buen estado de limpieza del piso así como el correcto funcionamiento de la cocina para el mayor disfrute de sus clientes.
