Located in a residential area in Barcelona, yet with easy access to the city centre, this duplex is ideal for a family or a group of friends.
The main floor consists of a spacious room that combines a living and a dining room, with direct access to the garden and swimming pool area. It features two comfortable sofas that can be turned into double beds and there is also a dining table with chairs and garden furniture, in order to enjoy your meals with some fresh air. The kitchen is also located on the main floor and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including dishwasher, coffeemaker and microwave. On the same floor you will also find a WC. The top floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom provides a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have each two single beds. There is plenty of space for all your belongings. The bathrooms are equipped with bathtub / shower. The apartment features air conditioning and heating in order to ensure a pleasant stay during any time of the year.

Extras
Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00 the check-in takes place at the office in Sant Gervasi. Check-in before 15:00 (subject to availability and upon request). Check-in after 20:00 takes place directly at the apartment and is subject to an additional charge of €40. After 23:00 the charge increases to €50.
When checking-in, the owner will take your credit card details. Without a credit card it will not be possible to check-in.
Check-out: by 11:00. Check-out between 11:00 and 15:00 will involve an additional charge of €40 (subject to availability and upon request).
Parking space in the same building available on request for a cost of €20.
Cot available on request for a cost of €20 per stay (does not include linens).
Extra cleaning service available for €25 (bathrooms and beds only, without a change of sheets).
Complete cleaning service: €60.
Luggage can be left in the office in Sant Gervasi until 19:00 and is subject to an additional charge of €20.

The apartment was in line with our ideas, it was all as described. The contact person was very nice and obliging, liked it all around us.
Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, es hat uns rundum gefallen.

The value is located in the Grenzbereich.Das apartment is real much smaller than on the photos. Half of all light bulbs is the complete stay broken, despite note. The kettle is hygienically unusable. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis liegt im Grenzbereich. Das Appartment ist real wesentlich kleiner als auf den Fotos. Die Hälfte aller Glühlampen ist die komplette Aufenthaltsdauer defekt, trotz Hinweis. Der Wasserkocher ist hygienisch unbrauchbar. Mit einem Auto benötigt man einen Stellplatz, der... weitere Kosten verursacht Parken in der näheren Umgebung schwierig bis unmöglich. Direkte Busverbindung in die Stadt hervorragend (5 bis 22 Uhr). Supermarkt mit sehr guter Auswahl 50 Meter entfernt. Gehobenes Stadtviertel. Allover: für eine Woche schon sehr teuer......
