This fully-reformed beautiful 80m2 apartment is located in a XX century noble building with a lift and is fitted with air conditioning and central heating. The accommodation is totally exterior and has two balconies overlooking the street.
There are two bedrooms with wardrobes, one a suite. The large lounge-living room area has a large plasma television and comfortable sofa bed. Its modern and practical layout is completed by two full bathrooms and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with everything guests might need to really enjoy their stay in Barcelona to the full.
The accommodation can sleep up to six people and there is also other apartments available (Reference: 15259,15261 and 15262) in the same building with similar characteristics, that can be occupied by big families or smaller groups. The apartment is in the Barcelona neighbourhood of Paralel-Poble Sec that is well-connected to the rest of the city. There are two metro stations under 300m distance from the accommodation and it is a ten-minute walk from the port and the Ramblas. It is also very close to the Fira de Barcelona making it an ideal choice for any business travelers.
