The apartment is located in a XX century fully-restored building with a lift. The 150m2 accommodation is fitted with air conditioning, central heating and parquet, is totally exterior and has large windows overlooking the street.
The apartment is divided over three different levels, with direct access to the street from the middle level, and includes a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge-living room meaning it is an ideal choice for any travelers with particular needs or mobility restrictions.
There are three double rooms with wardrobes, one a suite and the other two each with two single beds. There are also two sofa beds, one in the studio on the ground floor and the other on the top floor. The large lounge-living room has a large television. Its modern and fun layout a well as its furnishing means guests have everything they might require to fully enjoy their stay in the city. It can sleep up to ten people.
Located in the Barcelona district of Parallel-Poble Sec it is well connected to the city with two metro stations under 300 metres away, and just a ten-minute walk to the port of Barcelona and the famous Ramblas. It is also very close to the Fira de Barcelona which means it is a perfect spot for any business travelers.

Accomodation was nice but we had no running hot water! Absolute disgrace, 10 of us with no water and took 2 days to sort but we was only there for 3 days! Poor sevice from owner.

The owner confirms that the hot water problem has been sorted out during the stay and takes every measure to ensure the good state of the apartment.

Bel appartement mais problème de chauffage, appartement mal chauffé. IL s?agissait d?un chauffage/climatisation et on a pas vraiment su utiliser le boitier. Du coup l?étage était super chauffé et l?étage cuisine-salon pas du tout. On a dû monter le matelas du bas pour dormir au dernier étage car il faisait vraiment trop froid. Autre problème dans l?appartement au niveau de la cuisine. Impossible de faire chauffer quelque chose sur les plaques à inductions car les ustensiles n?étaient pas adaptés. Nous avons donc manger dehors. Nous avons réussi à utiliser uniquement le four. Enfin, la porte de l?entrée est opaque mais il y a une autre fenêtre juste au-dessus qui est transparente et les gens peuvent nous voir de dehors ce qui n?est pas agréable car il y a une chambre à l?étage et on peut tout voir. Nous sommes venues pour faire les magasins et au final l?appartement n?était pas trou près du centre Nous sommes arrivées à 9 personnes pensant avoir réservé pour 9 et le propriétaire (arrivé avec 30min de retard) qui avait une confirmation pour 8 personnes n?a pas voulu nous faire rentrer. Nous avons dû aller dans un cyber café pour imprimer la confirmation, qui précisait que la location était passée pour 8 et pas pour 9, à notre surprise. Il nous a donc demander une caution plus importante que celle indiquée dans la confirmation. Pour le départ, il est arrivé assez tard et nous n?avons pas eu le temps de lui faire part des problèmes rencontrés dans l?appartement.
