This apartment; tastefully decorated in bright, cheerful colours, is located very close to one of the most popular tourist attractions in Barcelona – the impressive temple of the Sagrada Familia. Its wonderful location means guests have the possibility to admire this magnificent unfinished work and the details added daily to the great project of its creator – Antoni Gaudi.
The apartment is perfect for five people. The interior area covers 72m2 and has a wonderful layout – a sunny lounge with comfortable double sofa bed and glass table with chairs that makes a perfect dining location for friends or family. The room is also fitted with a flat-screen television, and a small table ideal for a quick snack.
The kitchen is fully fitted to benefit from the most relaxing holiday – with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, boiler, fridge-freezer, plates, cutlery and full kitchen utensils.
The two bedrooms – one with double bed, the other with a single, are perfect to unwind. The double room leads onto a beautiful furnished balcony, ideal for having breakfast open-air in true Spanish style.
The bathroom has a beautiful shower/bath, sink and WC. The accommodation is perfect for any kind of traveler – whether on business, groups of friends or families, guests will be fully satisfied with their choice and the comfort provided.

Hat alles super geklappt und wir waren rundherum zurfrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, nur hat sie natürlich den für Spanien typischen überdachten Innenhof. Die Schlafzimmer mit den Doppelbetten sind sehr schön, nur für die 5. Person im Einzelzimmer, das zum Innenhof zeigt, wäre es sicher nicht ganz so gemütlich. Einmal gab es kein warmes Wasser da es ein Problem mit dem Boiler gab, dieses wurde aber sofort von der Kontaktperson vor Ort behoren. Alles positiv!

Es waren zwar Fenster in der Küche, Bad und im 2. Schlafzimmer aber kein Tageslicht, da diese zu einem kleinen Innenhof/Schacht gingen. Es war sehr hellhörig und es könnte sauberer sein. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren gut, mit Balkonen. Die Konaktperson und Besitzer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll. Man ist mit der Metro in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. In der Nähe gibt es genug Restaurants und Supermärkte. Die Wohnung selbst könnte etwas sauberer sein. Aber insgesamt war alles o. K.
