Elegant one bedroom apartment in Barcelona centre

The apartment was very nice and the location for our purposes perfectly. The stove and the floor could have something clean. A towel would have been nice. All in all it was but very great!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Lage für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Der Herd und der Boden hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Auch ein Geschirrtuch wäre nett gewesen. Alles in Allem war es aber ganz toll!

The apartment was in line with the description and was modernly furnished, equipped with Küchenuten silien however scantily. Some wine glasses and a small table on the balcony were very pleasant as well as a vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, the kettle did nor work such as the WLan what one of sides ...of the lessor friendly note took, but not regulated. The coffee machine announcement of turned out to be handbetriebener espresso maker. With a small Ivestition of 150? could be in the otherwise very tasteful apartment cause some himself. The proximity to the Metro, to supermarkets, the great city, and last but not least the weather made up but so that we like to be remember this holiday. 

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war modern eingerichtet, allerdings sehr spärlich mit Küchenuten-silien ausgestattet. Einige Weingläser und ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon wären ebenso wie ein Staubsauger sehr angenehm gewesen. Leider funktionierte der Wasserkocher ebensowenig wie ...das WLan,was man von Seiten des Vermieters freundlich zur Kenntnis nahm, aber nicht regulierte. Die angekündigte Kaffeemaschine entpuppte sich als handbetriebener Espressobereiter. Mit einer kleinen Ivestition von 150 € ließe sich in dem ansonsten sehr geschmackvollen Apartment einiges bewirken. Die Nähe zur Metro, zu Supermärkten, die tolle Stadt und nicht zuletzt das Wetter machten das aber wett, sodass wir uns gerne an diesen Urlaub erinnern werden.

Gut angebunden, nur eben nicht ganz zentral. Die Wohnung selbst war aber sehr gut und die Schlüsselübergabe kein Problem.

We were to four (two adults and two teenagers) in the home. The equipment was almost, but just ample. It is ideal for three people. For the fourth person, we had to take a Chair from the balcony. The table is very small. The beds and blankets are pleasantly wide. The shower is very comfortable. ...Everything is still very unused and was very clean. The kitchen is functional. I have still never so good cutting knife in an apartment. The heater worked perfectly well. The apartment is suitable for someone who is not as mobile (lift, shower at ground level). Dish soap, towels etc, as well as two Geschirrspülerpads was there to the washing up. You could make do so well on the first day. Two supermarkets are just around the corner. To the Metro and to the main train station is 5-10 minutes. Points of interest, you must use the line. You can walk to Plaza Espania in about 20 minutes. The street in front of the apartment is well busy, but no major route. In the dead of the night was quiet. The walls are somewhat small. If the House is fully occupied, it should be somewhat noisy. Because ear plugs help then. The lock system was very convenient for us. There are only a code to type in and no key, so that each of us was in the apartment at any time. The contact person was reached on Sunday on our arrival at the private number and was also at 3 P.m. on time. We came easily for free on the Internet over WiFi. We were fully satisfied with the home! 

Wir waren zu viert (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche) in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war knapp, aber gerade aureichend. Für drei Personen ist es ideal. Für die vierte Person mussten wir einen Stuhl vom Balkon nehmen. Der Tisch ist dann sehr klein. Die Betten und Decken sind angenehm breit. ...Die Dusche ist sehr komfortabel. Alles wirkt noch sehr unbenutzt und war sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist funktional. Ich habe noch nie so gut schneidende Messer in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt. Die Heizung funktionierte auch tadellos. Die Wohnung ist auch für jemanden geeignet, der nicht so beweglich ist (Fahrstuhl, Dusche ebenerdig). Zum Abwaschen war Spülmittel, Handtücher etc sowie zwei Geschirrspülerpads da. Man konnte sich also gut über die ersten Tage behelfen. Zwei Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke. Zur Metro und zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man 5-10 Minuten. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten muss man die Bahn benutzen. Lediglich zur Placa Espania kann man in ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist zwar gut befahren, aber keine Hauptverkehrsachse. Mitten in der Nacht war Ruhe. Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig. Wenn das Haus voll besetzt ist, dürfte es etwas laut sein. Da helfen dann Ohrstöpsel. Sehr praktisch für uns war das Schlosssystem. Es gibt lediglich einen Code zum Eintippen und keinen Schlüssel, so dass jeder von uns jederzeit in die Wohnung kam. Die Kontaktperson war am Sonntag bei unserer Ankunft unter der Privatnummer erreichbar und kam auch um 15.00 Uhr pünktlich. Über WiFi kamen wir problemlos kostenlos ins Internet. Wir waren mit der Wohnung vollauf zufrieden!
