Stunning and modern two bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona

We had three issues that were not addressed. The apt. thermostat showed 23 C but the apartment temperature was 19 c. We had a thermometer and will send you the images of the temp. They came to set it to 24 C but the temp did not change much.The security box show low battery. We are called to ...have it looked at since we did not want to risk being locked out. We were told that we would be charged 30 euros even though we never used it.Finally while the wife was working, we were not able to connect with ANY Apple device. We asked that they reset it but they said there was nothing wrong and would charge us to come out.Bottom line, it was their response that angered us more than the issues.

Dear client, Oh thanks you for your comments. Nevertheless, we are sorry that your stay was not completely pleasant as our main goal is to offer a service and product that are of high quality. The property owner confirms that he has made the appropriate verifications both in the apartment and in the building. The corresponding technical assistance has verified the well-functioning of internet, the central heating (programmed between 23°C/24°C) and the safe, confirming that it is all adequate. Furthermore, the property owner confirms that the technical interventions which took place did not result in any extra charge for the client, as they enter into the maintenance service offered.

This apartment looked great, and had a big balcony as shown on the photos. However it is shared with the adjacent apartment (albeit them having a smaller section) which isn't made clear when ordering. It's right on the corner of a main road, which as a light sleeper I found hard to adjust to, but... after the first night or two it was fine. The kettle didn't work and I think the guide book needs clearer instructions on how to use the dryer! If you've never been to Barcelona before, I should let you know that really, you can't have a apartment in a 'bad' location... the Metro is brilliant and will get you anywhere you want quickly. The restaurants around this area aren't brilliant but there's a kebab shop literally opposite! The more tourist areas are better for food. Overall we loved it!
