This charming attic with sloping ceilings and wooden beams is located in a quiet, residential area of Barcelona not far from the train station in Muntaner that leads directly into the centre and some of the most hidden parts of the city.
The apartment has a cozy and spacious lounge with abundant natural light and a double sofa bed to relax at night time or just to unwind after a long day’s sightseeing around the city. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything guests might need for a trouble-free stay. The main bedroom has a double bed whilst the second room has two singles. In both rooms there is a wardrobe for storing belongings.
The flat has been carefully decorated in great detail to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. For top comfort there is a washing machine and dryer, air conditioning and heating and other domestic appliances such as coffee maker, iron, hairdryer and Internet Wifi connection.
It is an ideal accommodation choice to have an unforgettable holiday in the Catalan capital.

Extras
Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00 the check-in takes place at the office in Sant Gervasi. Check-in before 15:00 (subject to availability and upon request). Check-in after 20:00 takes place directly at the apartment and is subject to an additional charge of €40. After 23:00 the charge increases to €50.
When checking-in, the owner will take your credit card details. Without a credit card it will not be possible to check-in.
Check-out: by 11:00. Check-out between 11:00 and 15:00 will involve an additional charge of €40 (subject to availability and upon request).
Parking space in the same building available on request for a cost of €20.
Cot available on request for a cost of €20 per stay (does not include linens).
Extra cleaning service available for €25 (bathrooms and beds only, without a change of sheets).
Complete cleaning service: €60.
Luggage can be left in the office in Sant Gervasi until 19:00 and is subject to an additional charge of €20.

Stay went well, the photos are a little more beautiful than reality but the apartment was very well yet.
Le séjour s'est bien passé, les photos sont un peu plus belles que la réalité mais l'appartement était très bien malgré tout.
