This large and modern 70m2 apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and the glamorous avenue of Passeig de Gràcia.
The accommodation has a large lounge with comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen television and a table seating six people, a main bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe for luggage storage, and a second bedroom with two single beds.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything guests might need to prepare a light breakfast or more copious lunch or dinner, whilst the bathroom has a large shower. A noteworthy feature of the apartment is the wonderful terrace to enjoy some pleasant time outdoors.
The area is well-connected with various public transport services – close to the apartment is the metro line Verdaguer (lines 4 and 5) as well as numerous bus stops for quick and easy connections all over the city.

Je voudrais vraiment remercier la personne de contact qui a été adorable et d'une grande aide lors de notre séjour. L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel et correspond completement aux photos du site, mais il y avait quelques nuisances sonores mais c'est normal pour Barcelone.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, l'appartement réservé ayant un problème de chauffage, nous avons eu un autre appartement rue Roger de Flor. Faible équipement de la vaisselle. La frigo ne marchait pas. Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois à l'agence à qui appartient cet appartement et ils nous ont dit que quelqu'u nétait passé alors que le frigo n'a pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour, restant à 14degrés... En revanche, l'endroit nous convenait parfaitement.

un solo grande difetto il bagno senza finestra ne areatore, adiacente alla cucina quindi per togliere gli odori bisognava aprire la finestra della cucina che ha sua volta non aveva la porta quindi arrivava tutto in sala, essendo un ambiente piccolo gli odori restavano in zona. Dal lavello della cucina uscivano anche li cattivi odori quindi vi lascio immaginare....bastava una porta in cucina e il problema era risolto per il resto è un'appartamento molto delizioso e ben collegato
