The apartment is one of a group of ten located in a building right in the historic centre of Barcelona. The apartment block was originally built at the turn of the 20th Century and has been carefully reformed, restoring the orginal features such as the red marble in the entrance and adding the modern touch of an elevator. The apartment is within easy walking distance of some of Barcelona´s most famous sites; Las Ramblas, the Santa Maria del Mar church – a jewel of gothic art, the Picasso Musuem and the Cathedral.
Quiet, relaxing, sunny one bedroom apartment on the rooftop of the building. The apartment has wide a panoramic window with a privledged view of the Santa Maria de Mar Church. The apartment has inclined wooden pannelling on the ceiling of the bedroom and parquet flooring, new, modern style furniture and a private terrace of 16 m2. There is a comfortable twin bedroom, with two individual beds and a writing desk, a dressing room and a bathroom with a bath with tub. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for one adult or two children. The apartment has a 21" t.v, with international channels via satellite, there is also optional WIFI internet connection (computer not provided) and a telephone.

Notes:
If you are travelling with infants (under 2 years) you are obliged to rent a cot for the baby. There is a charge of 6€ per night to cover the cost of the cot, bed linen, blankets and facilities provided for the baby.
For late arrivals, after 23.00hrs, there is an extra charge of 20€.
Neither of the above charges are included in the price shown below, they are to be paid directly to the landlord on the day of arrival.

Tout s'est passé comme prévu et nous avons eu un sentiment de confiance tout au long de notre séjour. La gestion du logement est effectué avec rigueur par BCN GOTIC. Nous avons grandement appécié notre séjour de plus de 3 semaines à ce logement. Il est bien situé près des principales attractions de Barcelone, il est calme et il est propre.

There can't be a better location, it was marvellous!!! Great for exploring the city, for a walk to the beach, great to sleep, great for shopping, eating, Metro - friendly service - if again nowhere else!!! We booked a literary tour using the reduction of the service! "The shadow of the wind" with C. was a charming, very intelligent tour which we enjoyed so much. Really recommendable! The service alltogether was really convenient and easy - thank you very much!

This was fantastic! The people and the accommodation couldn't have been better. The only thing missing from the apartment was a vegetable peeler and a stable ironing board. Otherwise all your needs are met - and more. The location is superb being central but not absolutely 'tourist central'.... well not too much. Would "fight to get" This service couldn't have been better. It was clear and accurate. Best we have dealt with and I would love to deal with again. Thank you Oh-Barcelona!

Could use some extra towels otherwise the place was a great location and we loved it. Will recommend to other friends. The bldg managers/owners were wonderful. Service was just fine.

CCC= clean, cosy, comfortable! friendly contact-person, quiet but close to the city. lots of lots restaurants around the house. we used the apartment with 2 persons and we can recomment it with no hesitation.
