Welcome to Barcelona – one of the most attractive cities in Europe! Here you can enjoy a fabulous climate, a wonderful cultural offer and numerous activities both during the day and at night.
This 120m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to six people and is located on the sixth floor (with a lift) of a building in the area of Sarrià, a beautiful residential area with a great selection of shops. It is a great spot to spend a peaceful holiday whilst being just a couple of metro stops from the lively historical city centre of the Catalan capital.
The main entrance opens onto a large, sunny lounge with elegant and cozy decoration. It is furnished with a wonderful dining room table, a fireplace, two sofas, two armchairs and a television. This room leads out onto the sunny terrace that is a perfect spot to unwind. The corridor provides access to the other rooms in the apartment where there is also a fully-fitted kitchen. The apartment also has three bedrooms – the first is very sunny with a double bed and a beautiful private bathroom, the other two bedrooms are each fitted with two single beds. All three bedrooms have large wardrobes, and there is a second bathroom with a shower.
For those travelling by car there is a parking space (for small-medium cars) available, however to get to the city centre it is recommendable to travel by metro or local rail. There are two metro stations just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment connecting directly with Plaça Catalunya and the Rambla (10 minutes away).

Extras
Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00.
Check-out by 11:00.
Late check-in after 22:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€. Furthermore, check-in on the 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st December, and the 1st January will incur an additional charge of 30€ (these charges are cumulative).
Check-out: The latest possible time for check-out is 11h.
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.
An extra cleaning service during your stay including a change of sheets and towels is available. Please consult with the owner for information about prices and times once you have made your reservation.
A parking space can be requested for this apartment. Please request the service when making the reservation, otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed.
The owner only accepts bookings for people over 25 years old.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Its geographical location is very good (2 minutes from the metro, bus front door leading down to the beach). Of many shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, ready-cooked meals). The area is nice. The only downside ... is the lack of internal ...soundproofing: you do not hear the street noises but those neighbors).The home is nice, all tips are given.
L'appartement est très spacieux et très bien équipé. Sa situation géographique est très bonne (2 minutes du métro, bus devant la porte amenant jusqu'à la plage). De nombreux commerces de proximité (supérette, boulangerie, restaurant, plats cuisinés). Le quartier est sympa. Le seul bémol ...est le manque d'isolation phonique interne : on n'entend pas les bruits de la rue mais ceux des voisins). L'accueil est agréable, tous les conseils sont donnés.

Central location, spacious living room, 2 small bedrooms, good shopping in the neighborhood, parking for large cars are not appropriate, were very happy about this Parkmöglchkeit and were traveling only with bus and subway is very cheap.
Zentrale Lage, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, 2 kleine Schlafzimmer, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft, Parkplatz für große Autos nicht geeignet, waren aber sehr froh über diese Parkmöglchkeit und waren nur mit Bus und U-Bahn unterwegs, die sehr günstig ist.

Nous avons passé les Fêtes de Noël ensoleillees dans ce superbe appartement, Équipe tout...Avec in prime le vol des perruches matinee et Soirée!La situation est excellente: 50 min de la mer in marchant / metro to 5 min. Magasins à proximité Tous (supermarché, boulangerie, restaurant...)Le ...garage est un peu étroit super mais pratique car il est très difficile de trouver des places dans les rues...Encore merci pour cet excellent sejour!

La situation est excellente : 50min de la mer en marchant/ métro à 5 min. Tous magasins à proximité (supermarché, boulangerie, ...restaurant...) Le garage est un peu étroit mais super pratique car il est très difficile de trouver des places dans les rues... Encore merci pour cet excellent séjour !!

UN très bon appartement. Malgré une porte closet, une ampoule et a store casse tout est en très bon état.Il manque tout de même une casserole, an econome... de quoi cuisiner if l\'on reste qques semaines.Une Dame pousse the chansonnette le matin in faisant are Ménage et on l\'entend l\'appart... on a apprécié l\'ancrage dans le pays :)
