Air conditioning, electric blinds, dishwasher, stove, micro, parquet floors, everything very clean.Central Plaza, including Catalunya in 5 minutes walking window well, traffic is still a little, is heard but not annoying. We came up ...with baby. Landlord but forgot the baby\'s bed for the time being, was there but then for an hour. Very flexible and reliable.The apartment is large enough and accessible by lift. The building is well secured and can highly recommend it and would take it again at any time in a safe Umgebung.Wir. 

Apartement ist topmodern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Klimaanlage, elektrische Rolläden, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Mikro, Parkettboden, alles sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage, Placa die Catalunya in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Fenster schließen gut, Verkehrslärm ist trotzdem ein wenig ...zu hören, ist aber nicht störend. Wir kamen mit Baby. Vermieter vergaß zwar das Babybett vorerst, war aber dann innerhalb von einer Stunde da. Sehr flexibel und verlässlich. Das Apartement ist ausreichend groß und mit Lift erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist gut gesichert und in einer sicheren Umgebung. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen.
