Three bedroom apartment centrally located in Barcelona

Very nice contact, accessible at any time. All broken things were repaired promptly.Location top notch, in the middle of the action, but through good window no audible noise.At any time again

Super apartment well located, very well equipped. You hear just neighbors, a little noise from the street at night but it is very reasonable given the situation. Shops in the same street, just beside metro. Just a small flat: no double bed, 2 single beds (which can move). There are already 2 single ...rooms, I think that it might be well to a double bed in the large room. Otherwise, very well! 

Appartement super bien situé, très bien équipé. On n'entend à peine les voisins, un peu les bruits de la rue la nuit mais c'est très raisonnable vu la situation. Commerces dans la rue même, métro juste à côté. Juste un petit bémol: pas de lit double, 2 lits simples (qu'on peut bouger). ...Comme il y a déjà 2 chambres simples,je pense qu'il pourrait être bien de mettre un lit double dans la grande chambre. Sinon, très bien! 

Who sleeps only with an open window has a problem at night. Large room with two beds has to a large door frame to the promenade, but it is through very noisy night. The two other rooms have only a window to a backyard tray. It means too little fresh air and direct contact with the neighbors (private... conversations of the neighbors find hearing of tourists unintentionally). But otherwise so as described and very good central location and nice contacts. 

Wer nur mit offenem Fenster schläft hat in der Nacht ein Problem. Großes Zimmer mit zwei Betten hat eine großen Türrahmen zur Promenade hin, es ist aber die Nacht hindurch sehr laut. Die zwei anderen Zimmer haben nur ein Fenster zu einem Hinterhofschacht . Dies bedeutet zu wenig frische Luft und... direkte Kontaktaufnahme zu den Nachbarn (private Gespräche der Nachbarn finden ungewollt das Gehör des Touristen). Ansonsten aber so wie beschrieben und sehr gute zentrale Lage und nette Kontaktpersonen. 

The apartment was in great location, centrally located in the most lively in the evening, close to metro and was very well equipped. The furniture was new and of good quality and also the bathroom was new. Windows schermavano well enough noise, of course the evening felt some voices coming from the ...road, but nothing serious. The other flaw is found that during the shower sometimes lacked hot water, which he did in a matter of a few seconds. In a complex arrangement in which it would be worth going back! 

L'appartamento era in ottima posizione, in pieno centro, nella zona più animata anche di sera, vicinissimo alla metro ed era veramente ben equipaggiato. Il mobilio era recente e di buona qualità e anche il bagno era nuovo. Le finestre schermavano abbastanza bene il rumore, certo la sera si sentiva... un certo vocio proveniente dalla strada, ma nulla di grave. L'altra pecca riscontrata è che durante la doccia ogni tanto mancava l'acqua calda, che tornava però nel giro di qualche secondo. Nel complesso una sistemazione in cui varrebbe la pena di ritornare! 

A little late / waiting more than 30 MINUTES to the arrival but charming; very nice apartment, a bit noisy on the street, decoration of the apartment to review, damage but not very important because it is not long.

UN PEU EN RETARD / ATTENTE DE PLUS DE 30 MINUTES A L ARRIVEE MAIS CHARMANT; très bel appartement, un peu bruyant sur la rue, décoration de l'appartement à revoir, dommage MAIS pas très important car on ne reste pas longtemps.

Very centrally located between Plaça Jaume and Santa Maria del Mar; Barceloneta, Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, etc. are very well within walking distance.Well furnished three bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (by German definition) and Fahrstuhl.Nette, English Kontaktpersonen.Immer again like :-)

Sehr zentrale Lage zwischen Placa Jaume und Santa Maria del Mar; Barceloneta, Las Ramblas, Placa Catalunya etc. sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern im 2. Stock (nach deutscher Definition) und Fahrstuhl. Nette, englischsprachige Kontaktpersonen. Immer wieder gerne :-)

M. is fantastic. she is patient and always answered all my emails and phone calls promptly. The place is spotless, well located, and roomy. I cant say enough. And we were right across the street from a hotel that was supposed to be 4 star. This apartment was the way to go. There are shops and cafes ...right across the street. No need to go far to go party either. Great experience.
