This apartment is located in the Eixample district just 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia, and provides easy access to Barcelona’s main places of interest.
The 80m2 apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with a lift and is capable of accommodating 8 guests. Completely refurbished and decorated with taste, the apartment features lots of natural light. The colour of the walls, the decoration and the parquet flooring combine to make it cosy. Upon entering the apartment you will find a study with a computer and a Wi-Fi internet connection. The living room features a spacious double sofa-bed, a flat-screen television and a dining table that sits 8 people. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a juicer and a kettle. The owner will also provide you with some basic groceries such as milk, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, water etc. There are three bedrooms in the apartment – the first has a double bed, the second has a double sofa-bed, and the third has a bunk bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom contains a shower and a washing machine. You will also have access to a shared terrace. Finally, the apartment features air conditioning, central heating and a safety deposit box (25 x 20 x 20cm).
You can reach the city centre with a 20 minute walk along the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. There are also a number of bus lines within easy reach. A few minutes away you will find the Plaza de Toros Monumental, from where you can catch metro line 2 that will take you to Paseo de Gracia in two stops. In a radius of 100m from the apartment you will find a range of supermarkets and shops.

Possibility of arranging short excursions along the coast for guests in the owners 12 m yacht, which is moored in Port Olympic.

Very friendly home of the owner of the premises, functional although apartment a little dark but Northern exposure may prove to be an asset when temperatures are scorching.We are in town so there is a little passage at rush hour; the rest of the time is ... rather quiet and do nothing to spoil, the inhabitants of the building are pleasant.
Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire des lieux, appartement fonctionnel quoiqu'un peu sombre mais l'exposition au nord peut s'avérer être un atout lorsque les températures sont caniculaires. Nous sommes en ville donc il y a un peu de passage aux heures de pointes ; le reste du temps c'est ...plutôt calme et pour ne rien gâcher, les habitants de l'immeuble sont agréables.
