Apartment in a typical Barcelona neighbourhood

Ci siamo trovai benissimo col proprietario ed abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza alla metro. Ottimo ristorante nei pressi.

The utensils at the accommodation are a bit worn and tired (crockery, cutlery, pots and pans). The washing machine did not work properly (it did not move onto the next cycle and was going all night). I had to take the clothes out and rinse them in the shower. The contact person was not there to meet me and I had to ring the neighbour's doorbell. Luckily he was able to contact the owner. The owner arrived about 10 minutes later, very apologetic and very nice. I had said a time in an email and he had made a mistake. The accommodation is very dark and there is a lot of noise from the street, however it is in a fantastic location, close to the metro station and all other facilities. We felt safe walking around. There is a small bar next door, but the noise stops at around 10.30pm.

The holiday in Barcelona was fantastic! The accommodation was in an excellent location in terms of transport but a little noisy. The flat was fine the only disavantage was that it had no day light. I tried to contact the \'contact person\' as we wanted spare keys that he said we could have but he never replied to messages. Overall it was all good.

Unser Unterkunft in Barcelona hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wer also keinen großen Luxus, dennoch aber eine saubere Wohnung nahe des Stadtzentrums sucht, für den ist das Appartment genau das Richtige.Ein kleines Minus kriegt die Wohnung, weil sie im Wohnzimmer kein Fenster hatte und der Geräuschpegel im Schlafzimmer morgens durch den benachbarten Kiosk etwas hoch war. Mit Blick auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist das aber zu verkraften, da man sich ja eh den ganzen Tag die Stadt anguckt. Für Studenten und junge Leute ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Günstiger kriegt man es in Barcelona nur im Hostel.

Es algo pequeño, se echa de menos algo de espacio dedicado a colocar enseres, en el baño no hay estantes y no hay apenas sitio en la cocina para guardar la comida. Algo húmedo, es un bajo, y como había llovido, el ambiente era bastante húmedo. Hay algunos desconchones y humedades en las paredes. De resto, es un lugar acogedor, cuenta con equipo de música, ventilador... Es barato y está muy cerca del metro.

location pour 4 personnes :matériel de cuisine très minime,1 bol pour 4;cafetière pour 1 pers;étagères cassées ,idem pour des tiroirs dans la cuisine ;couvre lit du clic-clac dans la pièce à vivre pas très net . La personne qui nous a accueillie assez bon contact,la personne qui s'est présentée au départ :très peu agréable.

Der CD Player hat leider nicht funktioniert und die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas üppiger sein (wenn man wirklich kochen will); leider hat die Wohnung kaum Tageslicht ist ansonsten aber wirklich gemütlich und wir waren im Prinzip sehr zufrieden.
