Beautiful apartment with classic style in the city centre

This is a nice apartment, well kept, extensive and close to everything. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. Electrical appliances are also new. Of course! It is a bit noisy when the Windows are open but, if you want to be at the heart of the city...I would advise to leave ... a sheet on ...which would be written the instruction manual of the oven and the stove to avoid the gaffes. In addition, a few basic kitchen utensils and a good pan for roasting would be a plus for people who want to eat more often at home.Since that we leave a footprint of our credit card for the deposit, an email back telling us that the cost is deleted would be a good idea, even if we can verify on our map that the transaction was not carried out. Quality service which gives the taste to return or offer to our friends!Thanks to the team! 

C'est un bel appartement, bien tenu, vaste et proche de tout. Les lits et meubles sont très confortables. Les appareils électriques sont neufs aussi. Bien sûr! C'est un peu bruyant lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais, si on veut être au coeur de la ville... Je conseillerais de laisser ...une feuille sur laquelle serait inscrit le mode d'emploi du four et de la cuisinière pour éviter les gaffes. De plus, quelques ustensiles de cuisine de base et un bon poêlon pour le rôtissage serait un plus pour les personnes qui veulent manger plus souvent à domicile. Puisque que nous laissons une empreinte de notre carte de crédit, pour la caution, un courriel au retour pour nous dire que le coût est effacé serait une bonne idée, même si nous pouvons vérifier sur notre carte que la transaction ne s'est pas opérée. Un service de qualité qui donne le goût de revenir ou de le proposer à nos amis! Merci à l'équipe! 

The accommodation was good, but I thought it could be for 4 people, it's too small for 4, the second bedroom really should only be for a child, we had our 23 year old son and he found it very claustrophobic and nowhere to hang his clothes, only in our room, but for 2 people it would be perfect.

The location of this apartment was perfect. It was close to the university, Ramblas, metro, cafes, bars, restaurants and more. We will always stay in this area. The apartment worked very well for our family of three. Only two suggestions: we expected two full bathrooms and there were not. There were... two showers (one in a closet) and one toilet. Perhaps the website should be updated to say 1 1/2 baths. The place smelled of dirty rags upon arrival but this could be remedied by the cleaning team. We bought a fragrant plant and scented candles and opened the gorgeous balcony windows and all was perfect. Very quiet at night with double windows. Slept great. We will be back! Gustavo was our contact and he was very helpful. 

This flat is great for adults but since the doors are sliding in bathroom and bedrooms it is quite noisy which might not be best for families. It would be very helpful to have to have an information sheet about near by grocery store and medical clinic if needed.Also ,there is specific refuse and ...recycling bins outside of building which we were infamiliar with and uncertain which refuse /recycling should go into one of the three bins. Otherwise ,the flat was clean and suited our needs well.  

THE Windows that overlooks the street deteriorated on the balcony and enter too much noise at night, the reception of the building deteriorated too, is something to improve

Estimado cliente, desde Oh agradecemos y valoramos sus comentarios. El propietario nos confirma que las ventanas han sido reemplazadas por unas dobles que cuentan, además, con doble acristalamiento.

The location is fantastic, we have started walking everywhere, everything is easily accessible and a central hub of Metro just around the corner. Course it\'s loud in the downtown and through the easy glazed, poorly closing Windows, one hears the road. By the location in the 5th floor (lift ...available) the noise is but slightly muffled. You get something little crockery for 4 people, the beautiful dishwasher not fully.The double bed has a continuous mattress and is quite narrow for two people. If you prefer... The third bed is OK. The fourth bed is broken, that one can not good sleep and it is right next to an inner window to the staircase. You hear the elevator and other noise there, also bothers the staircase light. Performance and price is good. 

Die Lage ist fantastisch, wir sind überall hin zu Fuß gelaufen, alles ist gut erreichbar und ein zentraler U-Bahn-Knoten gleich um die Ecke. Natürlich ist es in der Innenstadt laut und durch die einfachverglasten, schlecht schließenden Fenster hört man die Straße. Durch die Lage im 5. Stock ...(Aufzug vorhanden) ist der Lärm aber etwas gedämpft. Etwas wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen, die schöne Spülmaschine bekommt man damit nicht voll. Das Doppelbett hat eine durchgehende Matratze und ist für zwei Personen recht schmal. Wer es mag... Das dritte Bett ist o.k.. Das vierte Bett ist kaputt, darauf kann man nicht gut schlafen und es steht direkt neben einem inneren Fenster zum Treppenhaus. Man hört dort den Aufzug und andere Geräusche, außerdem stört das Treppenhaus-Licht. Preis-Leistung ist gut.

Apartment, location, contact person... all super! Only a small shortcoming: 10 days and no towels! And the water in the sink has run very poorly. I would book the apartment but very happy again!

Wohnung, Lage, Kontaktperson... alles super! Nur ein kleines Manko: 10 Tage und kein Handtuchwechsel! Und das Wasser in den Waschbecken ist nur sehr schlecht abgelaufen. Ich würde die Wohnung aber sehr gerne nochmal buchen!

prima appartement alleen de ramen zijn heel slecht geïsoleerd. Je hoort het verkeer erg goed. De luiken van het balkon moeten worden vervangen. ziet er niet uit

Beautiful apartment, great location just a few minutes walk from La Rambla and loads of restaurants nearby, T met us on arrival and was absolutely lovely. Can definitely recommend this apartment for holidaying in Barcelona as everything was on the doorstep, and even a supermarket next door.
