Fantastic apartment for 4 with a classic and romantic style

We were surprised to be deprived of heating from the 5th day of our stay. It was very hard for the Sahel. In addition I think that should say under ground instead of ground floor, the apartment is really in sub soil.

Nous avons été surpris d'être privé du chauffage dès le 5ème jour de notre séjour. C'était très dur pour des sahéliens. En plus je pense qu'il faudrait dire sous sol aulieu de rez de chaussée, l'appartement est vraiment en sous sol.

Possibly. could be improved electric lighting a little.

Evtl.könnte die elektrische Beleuchtung ein wenig verbessert werden.

We have been very well received by the contact person who additionally was kind enough to give us no later than the telephone for a taxi for our return to the airport.The housing was consistent with the description. We have somewhat regretted the lack of Windows. We were careful not to make any ...noise, which was not the case of the neighbours of the top... 

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la personne de contact qui en plus a eu la gentillesse de nous donner plus tard le téléphone d'un taxi pour notre retour à l'aéroport. Le logement correspondait bien à la description. Nous avons un peu regretté le manque de fenêtres. Nous avons pris ...soin de ne faire aucun bruit, ce qui n'a pas été le cas des voisins du dessus...  

Very convenient and well equipped, we just had some trouble to find the street, it would be that person contact to authorities us by phone or find us also to then join the entire apartment.

Très pratique et bien équipé, nous avons juste eu quelques soucis pour trouver la rue, il serait bien que la personne de contact puisse nous téléguider par téléphone ou nous retrouver ailleurs pour ensuite rejoindre l'appartement ensemble.

Apartment located close to metro (5 min) some vibration can also be felt there should be air-con or summer in my opinion it will be too hot. The apartment is very beautiful as on the pictures it feels well, it is well equipped.

Appartement bien situé proche métro (5min) quelques vibrations d'ailleurs se ressentent il faudrait prévoir la clim sinon l'été à mon avis il fera trop chaud. L'appart est trés beau comme sur les photos on s'y sent bien, il est bien équipé.

Lovely apartment in a nice area and close to the metro. Spacious enough for family of 4. Really enjoyed our stay here. Could do with aircon though.

The apartment is very comfortable, tastefully decorated, clean and located in a very beautiful, well-tended Haus.Das House is very small and the sidewalk, allowing the sound of the first high-heeled shoes in the morning to 7 wake up from one is right in front of the bedroom window (in a basement ...room). Also at the end of the road using very large intersection is just a few steps not to hear. As well, it has not disturbed us. The House sits on the edge of the in my opinion most beautiful suburb (Garcia) with all possible smaller and larger shops, wonderful bakeries, supermarkets, Metro, cinema actually \"around the corner\". Also the shopping area Passeig de Garcia, which leads to Plaça Catalunya, it is quite close. Top location. 

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und befindet sich in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Haus.Das Haus ist allerdings sehr hellhörig und genau vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster (in einem Souterrainzimmer) ist der Gehweg, was einen vom Klang der ersten Stöckelschuhe ...morgens um 7 aufwachen lässt. Auch die nur wenige Schritte am Ende der Straße sich befindende sehr große Kreuzung ist nicht zu überhören. Wie auch immer, uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Haus steht am Rand des meiner Ansicht nach schönsten Stadtteils (Garcia) mit allen möglichen kleineren und größeren Geschäften, wunderbaren Bäckereien, Supermärkten, U-Bahn, Kino tatsächlich "um die Ecke". Auch zu DER Shopping-Meile Passeig de Garcia, die bis zum Placa Catalunya führt, ist es recht nah. Top Lage.
