Fantastic and spacious apartment close to the city centre

The apartment is spacious and well located. However the kitchen equipment is very limited: number of cutlery (6 forks, 5 knives for an apartment for 6!), not coffee, stoves very damaged, small bowl (capacity for 2 to 3 people), not wringer ... salad. Do not want to make the kitchen...

L'appartement est bien situé et spacieux. Par contre l'équipement de la cuisine est très limité : nombre de couverts (6 fourchettes, 5 couteaux pour un appartement prévu pour 6 !), pas de cafetière, des poeles très abimées, petit saladier (contenance pour 2 à 3 personnes), pas d'essoreuse ...à salade. Il ne faut pas avoir envie d'y faire la cuisine ... 

Unfortunately, the kitchen not for 5 persons was suitable. There was no coffee maker but only a small espresso coffee maker for the stove and a small teapot, for max 2 pers. Therefore, a proper breakfast was unfortunately not possible.Otherwise, the apartment was nice and well located.

Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche nicht für 5 Personen geeignet. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine sondern lediglich eine kleine Espressokanne für die Herdplatte und eine kleine Teekanne, jeweils für max. 2 Pers. Deshalb war ein richtiges Frühstück leider nicht möglich. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön und gut gelegen.

s'assurer avec la personne de contact du bon fonctionnement du chauffage, du chauffe eau, que les couettes et dessus de lit soient propres , comment fonctionne le micro ondes. Le parking juste en bas de la résidence est hors de prix 87 euros pour 3 jours, oh barcelona recommande un parking à ...côté de la gare de SANTS, ne pas hésiter le déplacement en métro est très facile à Barcelone (700m du métro). Bon emplacement pour rejoindre le Parc Montjuic.

THE FLOOR VERY NICE AND LOW NOISE SINCE YOU LOOK AT ONE OF THE STREETS WITH MORE TRAFFIC BARCELONA, CLEAN AND IN A QUIET BUILDING. ENOUGH LIGHT. LOCATED IN A ...NEIGHBORHOOD WITH GREAT GASTRONOMIC OFFER AND NEIGHBORHOOD STORES TO BUY FOOD. METRO STOP VERY CLOSE, FOUR BLOCKS. IT HAS CERTAINLY BEEN A GOOD IDEA OPT FOR RENTING AN APARTMENT IF YOU GO TO A COURSE OF SEVERAL DAYS, ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE BREAKFAST AT HOME AND DESCARNSAR BEFORE GOING FOR A RIDE AT NIGHT. LA VERDAD ES QUE LA PERSONA DE CONTACTO ENCANTADORA, MUY AGRADABLE Y EFICAZ SI SE PRESENTAN PROBLEMAS O ALGO A RESOLVER SOBRE EL APARTAMENTO. EL PISO MUY BIEN UBICADO E INSONORIZADO YA QUE MIRA A UNA DE LAS CALLES CON MAS TRAFICO DE BARCELONA, LIMPIO Y EN UN EDIFICIO TRANQUILO. BASTANTE LUZ. ...SITUADO EN UN BARRIO CON MUCHA OFERTA GASTRONOMICA Y DE TIENDAS DE BARRIO PARA COMPRAR ALIMENTOS. PARADA DE METRO MUY CERCA, A CUATRO CALLES. SIN DUDA HA SIDO UNA BUENA IDEA OPTAR POR EL ALQUILER DE UN APARTAMENTO SI VAS A UN CURSO DE VARIOS DIAS, PERMITE DESAYUNAR EN CASA Y DESCARNSAR ANTES DE IR A DAR UNA VUELTA POR LA NOCHE. SALUDOS. Super flat, super location, we were overall very happy. The contact person was very friendly and gave us good tips. One note to improve: wine glasses, a bottle opener and more pans would the kitchen do well. Otherwise, really recommended!

Super Wohnung, super Lage, wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Einziger Hinweis zur Verbesserung: Weingläser, ein Flaschenöffner und mehr Pfannen würden der Küchenausstattung gut tun. Ansonsten wirklich empfehlenswert!

Very nice apartment

Appartement très sympa

I think a general instruction sheet for using the washing machine would be helpful. Maybe Europeans are used to this type of machine, but we found it quite confusing to use. The internet was a problem quite often, but I do not think that this is the fault of the owner, maybe just a general ...problem in the area. As three of us had to work during our stay and use our laptops, it was very difficult at times. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the location was excellent, very close to metro stations and the center of Barcelona. We had a great time and would definitely use your services again. thank you linda graham

The apartment itself is very modern and the kitchen really super, unfortunately but not properly clean it was and you could see the tracks of its predecessor (E.g. jam on the white seat covers). The location is very good, it is in the middle of the action, it is but nice and loud at night ...something.Everything worked smoothly with the keys. On-site, the service was really great. 

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr modern und die Küche wirklich super, leider war es jedoch nicht richtig sauber und man konnte die Spuren der Vorgänger erkennen (z.B. Marmelade an den weissen Sitzbezügen). Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist mitten im Geschehen, dafür ist es aber hellhörig und nachts ...etwas laut. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der Service vor Ort war wirklich super.
