This lovely apartment features a modern style and is located a lively zone, close to the city centre, and is well-connected with the public transport network, making it the ideal choice for discovering the fantastic city of Barcelona.
Located in the Eixample district, the 95m2 apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The living room come dining room is very spacious and has access to the balcony where you can enjoy a relaxing drink. You will also find a sofa, a flat-screen television, a DVD player and a Wi-Fi internet connection that will allow you to share your experiences with friends or simply check your emails. The independent kitchen is well-equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher and a dining table with chairs where you can grab a quick breakfast before heading out. Close to the living room you will find the master bedroom featuring a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. Beside this you will find the second bedroom that contains two single bedrooms, whilst the third bedroom is located close to the entrance and features a double bed. Lastly, the bathroom possesses a bathtub where you can enjoy a spot of relaxation.
In the area around the apartment there is an endless selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Late check-in after 22:00 available for an additional charge of 30€.
Check-in on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December and 1 January is subject to an additional charge of 30€ which will be applied on top of any other charges for late check-in.

Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.

The apartment is spacious and well located. However the kitchen equipment is very limited: number of cutlery (6 forks, 5 knives for an apartment for 6!), not coffee, stoves very damaged, small bowl (capacity for 2 to 3 people), not wringer ... salad. Do not want to make the kitchen...
L'appartement est bien situé et spacieux. Par contre l'équipement de la cuisine est très limité : nombre de couverts (6 fourchettes, 5 couteaux pour un appartement prévu pour 6 !), pas de cafetière, des poeles très abimées, petit saladier (contenance pour 2 à 3 personnes), pas d'essoreuse ...à salade. Il ne faut pas avoir envie d'y faire la cuisine ...

Unfortunately, the kitchen not for 5 persons was suitable. There was no coffee maker but only a small espresso coffee maker for the stove and a small teapot, for max 2 pers. Therefore, a proper breakfast was unfortunately not possible.Otherwise, the apartment was nice and well located.
Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche nicht für 5 Personen geeignet. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine sondern lediglich eine kleine Espressokanne für die Herdplatte und eine kleine Teekanne, jeweils für max. 2 Pers. Deshalb war ein richtiges Frühstück leider nicht möglich. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön und gut gelegen.

Super flat, super location, we were overall very happy. The contact person was very friendly and gave us good tips. One note to improve: wine glasses, a bottle opener and more pans would the kitchen do well. Otherwise, really recommended!
Super Wohnung, super Lage, wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Einziger Hinweis zur Verbesserung: Weingläser, ein Flaschenöffner und mehr Pfannen würden der Küchenausstattung gut tun. Ansonsten wirklich empfehlenswert!
