Attic with fantastic terrace in the Gracia district

  It was so nice apartment that we wanted to stay for a few days. Unfortunately, these days they have been booked for other. So: apartments are small, but they look very cozy; all very clean; one living room with a sofa, which can sleep two adults (not bigs) and one bedroom with a double bed; nice... clean bed linen and towels; also has a small, but very convenient kitchen, well equipped for cooking; the kitchen had such nice things like dish washing detergent, salt, sugar, olive oil, capsule coffee machines, and that-something else - very minor things, but very conveniently and pleasantly. Separately to say that we loved the terrace! Of course, has minuses, such as the noise from the street. But plus more! And, of course, many thanks to S. - you too blame for our good experience!:) 

  We had a fantasic time in a marvellous appartment. We hope to come back nex year. Thank you.

  super petit appartement. très bon accueil. quand nous voulions des adresses( restau , pompe à essence...) j'envoyais un "sos" à S. qui me repondait aussitôt avec l'adresse demandée. merci

  Très bon accueil par notre hôte. Parlant bien Français, on a pu échanger sur différents sujets. Elle nous a aussi informé sur les Mercados et différents magasins aux alentours. Appartement très bien situé. Très belle vue sur Barcelone...Nous avons vraiment apprécié la terrasse. Nous recommandons vraiment ce très joli appartement.

  Je recommande cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé, très bien décoré et très bien situé. Sa grande terrasse est un plus.

  Die Begrüßung vor Ort war sehr nett.Die Küche war voll ausgestattet es fehlte an nichts. Die Terrasse war der Höhepunkt, ein Top-Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist ohne wenn und aber weiterzuempfehlen. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier. Traumhaft.

  Super nette vermieterin, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Das appart ist ein juwel, genau wie auf den bildern: gemütlich, sauber, super gelegen, hervoragend ausgestattet und eine unvergessliche sicht! Immer wieder!

  La propriétaire est tout à fait sympathique et disponible. L'appartement est bien tenu et très bien situé dans le quartier de Gracia, à proximité immédiate du métro (nous avons sagement décidé de nous déplacer en métro pendant les 5 jours de notre séjour). Il y a des commerces et des ...restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Le quartier est agréable, un peu bruyant le soir, mais nous sommes à Barcelone...Un seul petit bémol: l’exiguïté de l'ascenseur. Nous conseillons cet appartement qui sera notre point de chute si nous retournons à Barcelone. 

  Excellent séjour, grâce à un appartement idéalement situé, dans un quartier de vie, typique et vivant. Appartement très propre, décoré avec goût, avec une magnifique terrasse ; accueil de la propriétaire très sympathique. Métro juste en bas qui permet d'aller partout très vite. Séjour inoubliable.

  Appartement très bien situé dans quartier très sympa et authentique, à équidistance entre le parc Güell et la Sagrada Familia. Confortable, bien équipé, et terrasse très agréable. Seul bémol : les toilettes dans la sdb et sans verrou : un peu gênant quand on voyage en groupe. Mais c'est... un détail. Je recommande cet appartement et y retournerait sans doute pour un prochain séjour. 

  We had a really nice holiday in this apt. S is so nice, and really helpful. Beautiful, modern apt., with spectacular views, and all day sunshine. Overlooking a square with a playground, and many activities going on. Right beside Joanic Metro, which takes you into town or beach.

  Nous avons été tres bien acceuilli.La terrasse est très agréable.le logement est conforme à la description.Le métro qui vous amène tout droit au centre est au pied de l'immeuble .Le stationnement est simple et peu coûteux grâce a un parking au pied de l'immeuble auquel on peut s'abonner 3,5 ,7 jours (carte parkclic).

  This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Barcelona. It has great views from the terrace (we have beautiful pictures of the sunset) and the neighborhood feels very authentic and has most of life's necessities nearby. Sandra is very personable and helpful. There is a metro stop less than 1/2... block away, which gives you access to almost anywhere in Barcelona. The hop-on-off sightseeing bus has a stop about 2 blocks away which gives you access to the most popular attractions. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the solid double-pane windows and shutters keep noise (and light if you want) out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and wished that we had several more days. We would stay here again if we return and it was available when we planned to come. 

  The apartment was great, we had everything we expected, it was clean and really well connected with public transport. The owner was very gentle and friendly, and communication was excellent.

  Appartement bien placé pour visiter les principaux monuments , très confortable , propre , superbe terrasse . S. est adorable , très disponible et communique plein d'informations pour bien visiter la ville . Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

  Wir haben das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. 50 m zur U-Bahn. Sehr nette Lokale in der Umgebung.

  Alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse über die Stadt bis zum Meer ist genial! Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind entweder zu Fuss oder von der nahe gelegenen U-Bahnstation in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.Immer gerne wieder!

  Die Uebergabe war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Barcelona ganz sicher wieder hier reservieren. Die Terrasse war super (Sicht auf's Meer) und man war zu Fuss aber auch mit der U-Bahn sehr rasch im Zentrum.... Unkomplizierte, freundliche Uebergabe der Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden (Bett-, Frottee- und Küchenwäsche, Toilettenpapier, Duschgelee, Abwaschmittel etc.). Ganz toll eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine.  

  Appartamento conforme a descrizione ed immagini presenti sul sito (pulito, dotato di elettrodomestici, silenzioso, ottima vista).Proprietario disponibile. Location ideale per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città.

  L appartement est situé à proximité du métro, au calme, il possède une superbe terrasse sur les toits qui permet d avoir une très belle vue sur la ville !! L accueil est au top !!!

  Brilliant location, 2 minutes from metro with loads of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Very friendly area. Terrace is wonderful and gets sun most of the day. Perfect chill out space.

  The Terrace provides and wonderful view of Barcelona and the location less than a block from the Metro was so convenient!!

  Accès tellement facile en métro. Nous avons utilisé quatre cartes de dix passages (c'est dire combien nous nous sommes déplacés). L'accueil de Sandra à vraiment été à la hauteur. Toutes nos communications se sont passées en français. Deux bémols : propreté sommaire et manque de ...confort du lit et du futon. Terrasse sublime. Quartier de résidents et non de touristes. On y trouve de très bons restaurants et tout ce dont on a besoin. Je recommande l'appartement à tous mes amis.
