    This apartment has been designed especially for groups wanting to experience an unforgettable stay in Barcelona in top comfort and location.

    The 300m2 apartment is on the fourth floor (fifth real floor) of a building in the Eixample Derecho (with a lift) and can sleep up to 11 people. The spacious avant-garde lounge-dining room combines a rich fusion of colour shades and offers a very attractive ambience. The room has two comfortable sofas with leather footrests to unwind. There is also air conditioning and central heating available.

    Entertainment features include satellite TV, a DVD player and WIFI internet connection. The modern kitchen is fitted with full facilities. There are four bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV. The main room has a double bed with beautiful ...

    By the way!
    Check-in is from 15h00 and is managed automatically.
    If the apartment is available for an early check-in, the owner will send an email the day before arrival to inform the client.
    It is not possible to check-in in person.
    Check-out is until 11h00.
    Depending on the availability of the apartment, it may be possible to check-out later by paying an extra fee.
    The extra fees are:
    Until 14h00, there is an extra 40€ fee.
    Until 20h00, there is an extra 80€ fee.
    The owner only accepts bookings for families or people 30 years old and over.
    It is forbidden to organize parties in the apartment and in the common areas of the building.
    Parking on request and free from November to May (from June to October the price is 10€/day)

    Cleaning will take place just after the customer departure. For all bookings which are over 6 nights, the owner will make an extra cleaning for free, approximately half way through the stay. For stays inferior to this, there will be a change of towels and a quick clean also approximately half way through the stay.

            YOUR PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING THE KEYS OF THE APARTMENT FROM DIFFRENT LOCATION FOR THE GUEST ARRIVING LATE AT NIGHT IS NOT SAFE AND DOES NOT SEEMS TO BE PROPER. THE KEYS SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE AT THE APARTMENT. THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND HAD ALL THE FACILITY. EXCEPT THAT THE ROOMS HAVE NO LOCK FACILITY. WHICH I THINK IS IMPORTANT
