Description
The apartment is one of a group of ten located in a building right in the historic centre of Barcelona. The apartment block was originally built at the turn of the 20th Century and has been carefully reformed, restoring the orginal features such as the red marble in the entrance and adding the modern touch of an elevator. The apartment is within easy walking distance of some of Barcelona´s most famous sites; Las Ramblas, the Santa Maria del Mar church – a jewel of gothic art, the Picasso Musuem and the Cathedral.
This apartment consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath tub (shower incorporated) and a second bathroom with a shower unit. There are three bedrooms, one twin room with two individual beds and the others are single rooms. There is the possibility to put in a fold up bed for a fifth person. All the roms including the living room are exterior. The apartment has a 21" t.v, with international channels via satellite, there is also optional WIFI internet connection (computer not provided) and a telephone.

Notes:
If you are travelling with infants (under 2 years) you are obliged to rent a cot for the baby. There is a charge of 6€ per night to cover the cost of the cot, bed linen, blankets and facilities provided for the baby.
For late arrivals to the apartment (after 23.00hrs) there is a charge of 20€.
Neither of the above charges are included in the price shown below, they are to be paid directly to the landlord on the day of arrival.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L4metro stops of Jaume 1, on Via Laietana, Arc de Triomf, near the top, and Barceloneta to the south. You’re also close to one of the city’s main train stations - the Estació de França. It’s about a quarter of an hour walk to the Ramblas.

Sauber, komplett ausgestattet, für Innenstadtlage angenehm hell und freundlich. In der Nacht fallweise laut aufgrund lärmender Jugendlicher, bei Geschlossenhalten der gut geräuschdämmenden Fenster aber kein Problem.

The apartment was really great. It was very clean and the location was quiet, there was no cars and noises. We had several attractions nearby like famous churches and cathedral. It was a perfect stay and we enjoyed very much.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip mit Familie. 1A Lage. 5 min. zu den Ramblas und 5 Min. zum Hafen. Diverse Top Tappas Bars vor der Tür. Unterkunft sehr sauber und ordentliche Betten. Daher absolut empfehlenswert. Alles Bestens. Gerne wieder.
